 (yes, I’m really re-using the same image x) Hi! We have made it to the voting stage of Club Bizarre! In the end we managed 20 entries which you will now have the pleasure of hearing. Please listen to all of the songs and choose 10 that you like the best. To vote, PM me a list of your favourites using the points system 12, 10, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1. Your favourite song gets 12 points, second favourite gets 10, and so on down to your 10th favourite to which you will give 1 point. You can’t vote for your own entry. Any member of Buzzjack can vote, even if you do not have an entry! However, if you do have an entry and you fail to vote, your song will be CURSED with a 33% deduction from its final score. I believe this has never actually happened in this contest, so don’t be the one to break the luck. A reminder also that this is an anonymous contest so please don’t reveal which song is yours as I will do that in the results show. I mean obviously you were the one who sent the best song but no need to brag  You have until 23:59 UK time on 5 August to send me your votes. I skimmed through for vetoing purposes but not listened in full yet. Worth noting one of these entries sounds like it doesn't fit the theme, just wait though cos it gets there eventually.

it's missing Cut & Run, Hans Zimmer, Naibu and TC (though the original versions of Hans Zimmer and TC are on Spotify so make sure you're listening to the right versions). as ever, it's almost as long as a BJSC semi-final thanks to the long song bloc (six songs that are roughly six minutes or over!) plug session Thursday night? |

we decided that whilst Hans Zimmer is a recognisable name the actual song isn't too cheap for the contest. (same reasoning behind JP Cooper not getting vetoed)

the only issue with Time for me is that there was a cover of it in BJSC previously so idk. it depends on how different the remix is!

Thanks for the Spotify playlist Dan - I've added that to the OP! And Thursday sounds good to me in terms of a plug session. And yes, I myself did mention Hans Zimmer being famous to the mods, hopefully all's good!

The original version of 'Time' is pretty well known but I guess this is just a random remix that is not well known in its own right? (Unless it actually is and I just don't know of it).
Don't think there's anything here that I've heard before! Should be some good tunes in here ~ Nice to see Reija Lee getting another appearance in a BuzzJack contest #persephoniaimpact |
