The great thing about sushi is how much of it you can eat and not feel like a fat ass afterwards. Brit dined at Sushi Samba inside the Palazzo in Vegas on Friday before taking the stage. Brit's brother Bryan, her girlfriends Laura Lynne, Jansen & Cortney and bodyguard Edan joined. Brit ate Sashimi tiraditos and sea bass skewers. Though her group didn't order much, Brit left a nice tip, a source connected to the restaurant confirms to BreatheHeavy.com. After a long flight from LAX to JFK with "Crossroads" bestie Zoe Saldana, Brit touched down in New York City. She received a police escort through the airport as she made her way to her car. On Tuesday, Britney's premiering her The Intimate collection at the NYC Public Library, as well as a sit-down with Entertainment Tonight and an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. Britney will drop by Good Morning America on Wednesday.

Britney celebrated Sean (September 14) and Jayden's (September 12) birthday at a skate park in Thousand Oaks Saturday afternoon. Britney told Extra last week at The Intimate premiere: QUOTE "They're totally into skateboarding right now. So that's like their new thing. They're head over heels. They want a new ramp. They know all the new terms for skateboarding and all the new moves and stuff. It's like over my head. They're really into that right now, so we're going to have [their birthday]at a skatepark. Happy bday, gentlemen! "Just do it baby, just do it!"

After taking a few days off from her whirl-wind trip in Europe last week promoting The Intimate collection, Brit hit the gym to get in shape for another round of Piece Of Me shows kicking off later this week. Dressed in a fitted black tank top, grey shorts, sneakers and her classic blue aviators, Brit clutched a Smart Water as she made her way from the gym to her car. I'm ready for her to support Wat-Aah! instead. Might I add her bodyguard has excellent taste in handbags... -breatheheavy
