'Heroes' is the new single from Alesso! It premiered on BBC Radio 1 this evening and it features vocals from Tove Lo!
Sounds really good! I admit I am personally getting a little fed up of dance songs that have vocals followed by a breakdown which is why I'm preferring dance songs like 'Waves', 'Prayer In C' or 'Jubel' for example (is that what you call deep house?), but I really love Tove's vocals on this.

I quite like the sound of it, very general Alesso sound but her vocals really make this.

Gosh Tove's vocal on this is sublime. Pity the drop is so shit, it wasn't made to work on its own at all, but with Tove's chorus over it near the end it's quite great isn't it! It is Tove after all so I'll force myself to come around to the song properly. It has a much more surefire chance of becoming a hit than 'Not On Drugs' sadly.

He played this at the V Festival last weekend. Didn't realise it was Tove Lo.
It's ok, but nothing special.

This is AMAZING. I agree that Tove makes the song though.

This is released on November 16th according to Digital Spy! Really liking this and I'm sure it will continue to grow on me.

I can ignore the generic beat because Tove Lo sounds sublime and it's really catchy.

This is absolutely exquisite. The mesh between the beat and Tove's vocals just works really well.

LOVE THIS SO MUCH.
I'm personally still 'not over' this dance sound at all and definitely prefer it over the boring dance tracks that Ryan mentioned in the first post. I love the whole thing, the breakdown, Tove's vocals, the way it works together. Hopefully it can do well here in the new year.

I am in love with this, Tove Lo's vocals kind of remind me of Bebe Rexha's in 'Take Me Home' and Foxes' in 'Clarity' (which is not a bad thing at all!)

Release moved to December 21st according to iTunes. Hopefully it charts well and holds up in the gift card effect after Christmas!
