My favourite on the album behind 'Say You Love Me'! Perfect choice as the 3rd single. Hopefully this can at least outpeak 'You & I (Forever)' (which deserved to do better than it actually did, too!).

This album, whilst not being quite as strong as Devotion, really did have some massive highlights. This is one of my favourite songs from her now. |

This is so incredible, it was an immediate highlight when I played the album through.

The only other viable option after this for a single would have been Cruel. But this is so good, she should have released it as one of the lead singles.

The only other viable option after this for a single would have been Cruel. But this is so good, she should have released it as one of the lead singles. I actually think they got the single choices spot on. 'Tough Love' is the clear highlight of the album for me and definitely succeeded in reigniting my interest in her (and although it only performed modestly on the charts, it seems to generally be highly regarded based on what I've read). 'Say You Love Me' is the obvious commercial choice and did its job for the album release. I still don't quite get the love for 'Champagne Kisses'. Sounds like a pleasant but unremarkable album track to these ears. The video is unexpectedly wonderful though and has helped it grow on me somewhat. |

This came on TV yesterday and I was reminded how fantastic this track is. I still feel as though the world needs to fall in love with this song as much as it deserves.

Well if Radio 1 had bothered to playlist it, at least some people in the world would have fallen in love with it. I still completely don't get why they didn't, but I should probably move on.

I think Radio 1 will playlist it. It was played some point during the weekend if compare my radio is right which shows they have some interest in the song (unless it was only played if Jessie had been in).

So glad this was finally playlisted and the rest of the UK have the opportunity to fall in love with this amazing song. After Y&I didn't even go top 200, I'd be happy with a top 100 peak and for this to push the album to silver.

I saw her perform at Heaven on Saturday and she was excellent! I dare say one of the best live performers I've seen.
'Champagne Kisses' was a total *.* moment, you could almost feel the emotion in the atmosphere and 'Imagine It Was Us' totally rocked the place. On a side note, it quite surprised me how common her speaking voice was. On another side (but perhaps more related note), I am so in love with this song and it's by far and away the best on this album for me now. It's fast climbing the overall ranks too. |

Glad you enjoyed Aly. A few of my friends went and I'm pretty annoyed because 'Imagine It Was Us' is my ultimate favourite and she didn't do it on tour, yet she did it at Heaven!?
Champange Kisses has only been played 3 times during its time on the C list so far and is already climbing to where Y&I Forever was when it was on the A-list. So I'm reasonably well on the B list and if it makes the A-list to possibly make the top 75. It should help the album out too. SO GLAD this was released. It'd be magical for her to perform this on TV, too. This post has been edited by Joe.: 19th March 2015, 08:44 PM |

I love her common cockney accent . Was she complaining about her hair? She was when I saw her lol. She's a Brillant live artists though. |

YES! I hope this is the boost it needs to at least scrape a charting position. Frustrating thing is that it was back up to #103 on Tunes and had finally managed to enter the Spotify top 100..., so it's a shame R1 dropped it as it would have been good to have some airplay to immediately bounce off the performance. Oh well, I'm hoping for a top 100 entry from the performance if it's good. |

I'm so frustrated about this.
Not only is 'Champagne Kisses' a million times better, but it desperately needs some damn recognition! |

The chorus of this is so lovely I don't think i can properly love it because i find the verses quite forgettable, but it continues to grow on me.
