Given it's all ending tonight, what has been your absolute fave of each itieration? I'll make it multiple choice given that there's around 20 for each, choose a couple or a few if you want, I'm sure we all have a few faves that stand above the rest.
You can also share your worst absolute lowlights of a series but I won't do a poll for that one Just thought it'd be fun to reflect on what series were best before we dig into a big event in the coming days so watch this space |

For me, the best is without a doubt BB7, no only thanks to Nikki but also Aisleyne's journey from being hated to really challenging for the win. There was such a range of characters, pretty much everyone got to give their all (except poor brave Bonneh who should have lasted MUCH longer, if only Dawn didn't get ejected that week) and everything was just flawless pretty much. Anyone who was super awful or ruined things swiftly got booted (namely Sezer, one of the most satisfying evictions ever), of course Nikki going so early was awful too but at least she got a chance to come back later.
The other two in the "golden age" of BB5-7 were incredible too, for example fight night is still possibly the most incredible night of Big Brother ever and Emma and Michelle in the bedsit is probably THE best twist BB has ever done and totally set the bar for the rest. BB6 had a lot of drama too but never felt too negative or draining, it was just essential viewing and kept you gripped because there was always a fire raging. For celeb the best would have to be CBB4 for me. Pete is just absolutely iconic, set the archetype for the fan fave villain, and Chantelle is one of the loveliest winners ever. I've rewatched a few times and it's always an absolute joy <3 In terms of channel 5, I'd actually say last year's civillian was the best alongside BB14 which was such a huge surprise after a r eally shaky start for BB on Channel 5. Gina is one of the absolute essential housemates and they got the twists just right which C5 has always really struggled with. I especially loved Detective Dan fittingly being ousted by the lie twist CBB on 5 I found really overrated by and large, but 17 was iconic with Tiffany/Gemma/Megan/Stephanie (soz I loved her) all bringing MOMENTS and CBB21 was incredible with its focus on women and discussing many great issues, helped by the best CBB winner ever in Courtney For worst of all, the answer is quite comfortably CBB14 which remains the absolute worst series of BB I've seen across US, Australia, Canada and UK BB4 isn't far off, and it wasn't even outright terrible or frustrating, just hideously boring with absolutely nothing happening the entire time, and the only one with a discernible personality being evicted first BB15 would be up there if not for Ashleigh being such an icon, Helen is probably the most hateful HM ever and somehow won and ruined the whole series as well as a chunk of Timebomb.... I also actually found UBB disappointing given that it felt they had some weird filler HMs, and some of the good picks (ie Makosi and Nadia) were terrible I don't know what on earth was the point of Preston, Ulrika, Not So Nasty Nick, Coolio and Vanessa without her meltdown, plus Brian winning was a really shit end as he remains one of my absolute worst housemates ever. I mean IMAGINE Nikki winning and hosting the first few C5 series? *.* |

How is the abortion that is Big Brother 18 currently in 3rd place - a decent winner, but it was awful as series go
