Coming off the the back of a UK #1 Dave is about to release his debut album 'Psychodrama' (release date 08/03). 'Black' (released today) is the first single to be taken from it.
Really worth a listen, he's such a good lyricist. Hyped for this album and I should give that EP a listen too. |

"Black" is amazing. He reminds me of a British Kendrick Lamar at the moment (TPAB era), I think this album is going to be great.

Giving this a listen, I think it's great and he's an incredibly talented lyricist. Was a big fan of Question Time and Hangman, think Black may be better - are all superb.

While the album as a whole hasn't fully grown on me yet, 2 songs really stand out on this album.
Disaster is a great tune. Loving the beat on it in particular. Lesley is an absolute masterpiece. Heartbreaking to listen to and although it's 10 minutes it does not drag on at all and I'm fully invested in everything he has to say the whole time. One of the most important songs I've heard; everyone should listen to it. |

'Lesley' that is storytelling at its best. Might be 11 minutes long but I don't tire of that song from him.
