Basically songs you didnt like but now you enjoy, and vice-versa.

I'll start with what was one my least favs from Blackout, and now is amongst my favs. It kinda sounds likes Womanizer, only better. Yeah, I said better biggrin.gif

Look at you with all of these topics! I love it! You're creating some fantastic discussion.

A good one for me is 3! I used to rank it a 7/10 the first year it came out, but it's a song that won't stop growing. It's so high energy and once it clicked I'd rank it a 9.5/10. Also 'Why Should I Be Sad', it uses to be the only track I disliked on Blackout, ranking it about a 3/10. But, I think maturity and more appreciation for the lyrics and chilled production have brought it to an 8/10.

Gimme more has to be my track in this. I couldn't believe it when she released this as a leading single and couldn't understand why others thought it was a great choice - the video at the time didn't help for me either. Then, way after the era had ended, sometime through the FF era, I heard it again and couldn't believe how great it was. It's now one of my favs.

I never hated it as such but I wasn't too keen on Slave back in the day, now I am ALL OVER IT.

Oh and somehow I think I avoided hearing Overprotected until like 2 years ago so that too in a way. Forgive me my sins cry.gif

Lol I had a few of these on my mind for a while, guess I got active laugh.gif Thanks smile.gif
Interesting. 3 also did a 180 with, I think i would give it a 5 back then, now it gets a solid 8. Just like how fun it is.
Unfortunately, Why Should I Be Sad remains my least fav from Blackout, cant get into it.
Just Luv Me from Glory, in a few days has grown on me also

I used to think Lucky was cheesy, then I realised it was a bop and a half and now I lip sync every word when I listen to it. idk WHAT i was thinking

Took the words out of my mouth Josh ohmy.gif Now that was a massive 180 for me too. I guess I felt embarassed that I liked it? But I do remember feeling it was super cheesy, same with Sometimes. Now i love both and Lucky is definitely in my top5

Another one for Why Should I Be Sad lol. I just didn't "get" it until like 2 years ago, then I listened to it like everyday for like a week! Also not that I ever disliked it but (You Drive Me) Crazy has went from a solid 7.5/10 for me to an 11. Bop. Anticipating too, now it's one of my faves on Britney, how did I ignore this lol? It's basically All For You but that's why I love it lol

From Glory, I only really started liking Change Your Mind and Better in the past few days. I know Better is unpopular, it is pretty generic but I never listen to those kinda songs anyway so it's new to me and Britney sounds really great on it I think. How did I not notice Change Your Mind until now!?

'Better' is definitely my least favorite track off 'Glory', and it keeps going down. Probably a 4/10 at this point. Hopefully when i finally listen again, I'll think it's 'better'. drama.gif

'3' went from 8/10 at the time to the 2/10 now for me... easily her worst song ever.

It's always been horrendous :')

The only one that's really done a 180 for me is 'Me Against the Music'. I used to not think it was up to much at all and found it such a lacklustre collaboration considering the two names involved but now I LOVE it.

It's 'Boys' for me! Seems to have aged a LOT better than I ever thought it would. I wasn't particularly a fan of it when it was released, but I'm warming to it the more I hear it, lately!

I used to really dislike 'Slave' at the time but these days really appreciate it, also I thought 'Till The World Ends' was poor initially but a few months later it wormed its way in.
