'Undo My Heart' please be a smash now!!
Karen Harding aside, once again the new additions feel pretty light compared to how much there was to choose from. At least they've finally added Clean Bandit, though I still don't understand what the delay was. Lol @ Jason Derulo going C-B-B-out! Songs that make it to the B-list almost always get at least 4 weeks on the playlist so they really don't like him, and this is further confirmation that they wouldn't have gone anywhere near 'Savage Love' had it not been number one. Kinda surprised that 'Lighter' didn't advance to the A-list given what a big hit it is. Both the B-list and C-list have one song less than usual this week - no idea why |

The other new C List addition is Brookes Brothers featuring Liam Bailey - Make No Sound according to Twitter. I also think Jason Derulo’s removal is a mistake as Take You Dancing has been played this morning!
The Tune of the Weekend is Marshmello and Demi Lovato - Ok Not To Be Ok Very pleased to see Berwyn on there, really like that song and it’s nice to see Stormzy pushing another single from his album too! |

Good to see Undo My Heart playlisted... although i'm a bit over the song now - I preferred it 3 months ago when it was released

Both the B-list and C-list have one song less than usual this week - no idea why Wonder if it's something to do with the changes to the schedule. Now Annie's on at 6pm, there's an hour less of the daytime playlist so reducing the number of spots on the playlist could be a way of making sure the tracks on the playlist get the same amount of plays as before? |

The Tune of the Weekend is Marshmello and Demi Lovato - Ok Not To Be Ok Yeah, that makes sense as it's unusual for both the B-list and C-list to be a track short! Have you got a twitter link for that? I can't see on R1's twitter page. Hopefully they correct the playlist on the website at some point... It seems to be a record label that’s posted it but R1 usually put a tweet up saying their new additions at some point in the day so I’d imagine we’ll be able to see then! |

It would be pretty ridiculous if they were once again reducing the playlist of more songs when to think 20 years ago there were 20 songs in the A & B Lists and 12 in the C-List.
The Derulo one is strange as 'Take You Dancing' is pretty normal radio 1 type of stuff and its nearly top 10. I understood the slightly novelty nature of 'Savage Love'. |

Undo My Heart
I hope this can do something, I feel like it's the sort of song that could maybe make inroads on Apple Music first and that could lead to it breaking through properly. |

I see 'Superheroes' has been sent to radio then - feels a little late when the album had been previously laying dormant since its release coming up to 9 months ago (and he's already released a couple of other songs + various features since then) but fair! That was one of the better album tracks iirc though not heard it for quite a while.
Complete snoozefest of additions this week. Also still no Biffy At least London Grammar moving up is one good development this week. |

Yeh was wondering why Stormzy hadn't added any singles following 'Own It' in April/May so to randomly send another song to radio 8-9 months later is a strange one. I just added 'Pip Bitch' to my on the go playlist myself lol so I could continue to give the album spins. |
