I thought i would start a thread for her as I aint seen one she has been signed by Xenomania apparentley and has a three year album deal http://uk.omg.yahoo.com/gossip/110--pop/x-...-082559817.html I liked her on X Factor last year although i went of her a bit near the end but I'm looking forward to hearing new music from her .

I reckon this will be amazing, I was expecting more of a Kelly Clarkson/Pink sound though so Xenomania involvement will definitely be interesting!

The first signing for Xenomania? Interesting; hopefully this will mean they concentrate on her for a good while before signing anyone else, and she gets the smash hit/s that she deserves with whatever she comes up with. Hopefully her music is more "grown-up" than their previous music; an Out of Control-type album would be amazing

Definetly intrigued with this, think she could be a success if she's handled properly. I actually think this year of X Factor contestants will see the most success (Can see Little Mix, Marcus, Misha & Amelia all having some sort of success).

 (Although I agree. I don't see what Janet has to offer that Ellie Goulding/Birdy/Charlene Soraia or whatever haven't already offered) But I agree that them four are the only four I see having long term success (i.e. past one album).

There are way too many poo factor artists being signed. I thought the whole objective was the winner gets a massive recording contract? Well it doesnt seem to matter who wins these days as they seem to give out a contract to just about anybody who comes in the top10.

I'm largely indifferent to her but LOVE Xenomania to excited to hear.
They haven't exactly been setting the charts alight lately though so not sure how this will fare commercially unless they go for a new sound. |
