I heard that the juries were told to 'ignore presentation' (staging) due to technical issues last night. Bad news for the likes of Australia and France! Though of course whether they followed that rule or not...

The Belarusian jury has been DISMISSED by the EBU for revealing their semi final votes earlier this week.
The confirmation comes after the jury members from Belarus revealed, in an interview with Tut.by, who they had voted for during the first semi-final of the contest on Tuesday. This is in contravention of Eurovision rules which provide that the results of the semi-finals are not to be revealed until after the Grand Final.
The Eurovision Press Team confirmed to Eurovoix:
The Belarussian jury voting has been revealed in an interview contravening Eurovision Song Contest rules. In order to be compliant with the ESC voting regulations, the EBU has taken action and has dismissed the Belarussian jury from the Grand Final on Saturday. An aggregated result approved by the auditors will be used in order to determine to whom the Belarussian votes will be allocated.

01 Malta: Bless her, I really have warmed to her a great deal, she just never feels properly comfortable to sell that as well as say, Tamta or Luca sell their uptempos with an obvious sense of confidence. She's done a solid job though! 7.5/10

02 Albania: Yeah, definitely the grower of the year. The ethnic elements set this apart from absolutely anything and yet again, a standing ovation for the vocals. I wish more happened with the staging that'd make this a top 10 contender or something because, I don't see this doing much tonight but... I rarely ever like Albania so I'm glad I do this year! 7.5/10

05 Russia: Style over substance. If it wasn't for the fact it was Sergey, I'd say this could suffer a Dance You Off type fate because the whole thing feels more and more clinical, cold and over produced to mask an average song every time I watch it. Harsh considering I think the song is decent though so all in all.. 6.5/10

It's the former Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia. They have had a long dispute with Greece over their name as Greece claimed that the name Macedonia suggested they were laying claim to a Greek province of the same name.

They have a very odd way of paying for music in Slovenia. Songwriters have to pay to license each note. Unfortunately, the writer of this song could only afford to pay for three.
