Bradley Wiggins has criticised Team Sky, stating 'Go somewhere else, because they'll ruin you'. Honestly I don't fully disagree, no-one in the Sky team really gets much glory in the big tours unless your Froome, I've seen riders capable of Top 10 finishes being demoted to domestiques at Sky.

In other news, Mark Cavendish has concussion and a whiplash injury following a crash on the Abu Dhabi tour. Hope he's okay.

Cavendish looked in a sorry state as he rode in on a road bike folllowing that crash probably better for the rest of his season that he did not struggle on injured.

So the Tour de Yorkshire's starting next Thursday cheer.gif Will anyone be watching? They've extended it to four days this year - glad they've got some hilly stages before the final stage as well, should certainly mix it up a bit.

South African Daryl Impey won the first stage of the Criterium du Dauphine in a sprint finish.

The Mitchelton-Scott rider, 33, beat Julian Alaphilippe and Pascal Ackermann on the 179km stage from Valence to Saint-Just-Saint-Rambert
