After the very successful listening parties held in other Artist Forums, we started one for Little Mix a couple of weeks ago and had a sesh with 'Salute' http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=235666. The 'Salute' sesh was fun! I'm hoping we can extend that to this week as we go to listen to the album that CHANGED. IT. ALL! It includes career saving mega smash 'Black Magic'. The fan favourites in 'Love Me Like You' & 'Secret Love Song' and the infectiously catchy 'Hair'! So join us tomorrow at 8pm (BST) (I don't think there's any forum events happening at the same time this time so we can go a little bit later with this one

Here's how it works.. we all listen separately, but at 8pm (BST) we hit play at the same time so that we are in sync and can discuss the tracks on time with each other and we can experience the albums together.

I don't dislike 'Black Magic' as much as I used to (that bland Capital pandering pop sound was so unexciting for me at the time - see that Jason Derulo song that got to #1 around a similar time too) - it's moreso just average for me these days. I'm thankful that it catapulted them to new heights though!

Absolutely ADORE 'Love Me Like You'! Is it an unwritten rule that every girl band has to do a 50's/60's doo-wop pop banger at some point in their careers? The video is incredible too! SO much fun.

The UK X Factor performance of this, is one of my all time favourite LM performances. I think only their BRITS performances have beaten it for me

Now this is more like it this has only grown in my affections over the years thanks to the Christmas mix. The doo-wop sound could've gone either way but it really suited them. Love that this is such a fan favourite! I remember following the chart performance at the time - its longevity was fantastic *.*

Is this the albums missed opportunity? I love the 80's vibe of this! The performance on their tour was absolutely fantastic, it sold the song SO MUCH MORE to me. Not a personal favourite, but it's a lot of fun each time I listen to it! I can definitely see it working as a single too, so I wouldn't have been mad at it being one in place of 'Hair'!

Secret Love Song is beautiful Derulo certainly doesn't ruin it but if the song needed a feature, I wish it could have been someone with a better voice than him.

It was amazing seeing how much it meant to a lot of people when they performed it during the LM5 tour.

Time for one of my absolute LM favourites. Top 5 for me I LOVE a good girl group POWER BALLAD and this ticks EVERY BOX.

I have a theory that this was gonna be a solo version, but Jason reached out after he'd heard their live lounge of 'Want To Want Me' and wanted to work with them... I'd love to hear a solo version with this full production! (Even if Part II is superior!)

My views are pretty well publicized about Hair- HATE it. I hate the production, I think their vocals sound a little off in the verses, not even SEAN PAUL could save this for me. Not single-worthy at all for me

'Hair' is a funny one. I only ever listen to the single mix now tbh. I feel Sean really elevates the track and the VIDEO! SO FUN!

It's a good song though. I just would've gone for something else on the album over this as a single, but hey, the remix worked! So I won't begrudge it too much

I remember really enjoying 'Hair' when it was an instant grat (omg remember those) - then it clicked even more when it got its fun music video as a single

I remember when they performed this exclusively for iTunes Festival. Everyone was losing their shit, but as much as I enjoy it, I don't seem to love it as much as everyone else seems to. A nice continuation from 'Hair' though, with a more 'Salute' album sound...

I love this song a LOT! I think it gets a hard time and it's always seen as bottom half of the album! Jesy sounds incredible on it. It's a very mid-90's ballad!

WHAT A SONG. This should have been a single and should have been the "sequel" to the 'DNA' music video. Leigh sounds phenomenal on this. It's always been a huge favourite of mine from the album.

Witnessing this performance on tour was an EXPERIENCE. One of my absolute favourite performances to witness live! Outstanding.

Low-rent The End is The Beginning oops. Not one I'd ever listen to on it's own but works quite well as the closer.
