If Matt can get the right publicity I'd have thought he could have a big sale challenging for the top. It was a pretty huge viral video last week when he put it out, it's in aid of something for which there's probably never been a more popular cause, it feels like it'd be easy to have a greater reach at the moment, and people aren't able to spend so will be more likely to be happy to bung it 99p. Plus, unlike Ladbaby's efforts I thought it was at least reasonably amusing.

Since it is only 64 seconds long if 1. Matt Lucas - Thank You Baked Potato (iTunes) gets to number one on the OCC chart next Friday will it be the shortest ever duration number one?

The Weeknd is down to 0.39 at the moment, will need to go a lot lower than that for this Matt Lucas thing to have a hope of #1, I don't want to say it's impossible as it could do it if it gets enough publicity (likely won't even need to sell as much as LadBaby unless Drake's streaming numbers are absolutely monstrous) but I feel it's probably unlikely.
