1-1 all after Day 1 in the Davis Cup Final between Belgium and Great Britain. All to play for. I think the doubles match will be the most vital for Britain's chances in order to win. If they lose, they need to have Murray and Edmund/Ward win.

If Andy Murray beats David Goffin in the reverse singles then Great Britain will win the Davis Cup for the first time in 79 years. This really would be a remarkable achievement for Great Britain as 5 years ago they were battling to avoid going to the bottom tier of the Davis Cup when facing Turkey at Eastbourne.

Congratulations to Great Britain in winning the Davis Cup for the first time since 1936 as Andy Murray beat David Goffin in straight sets to take a unassailable lead. Fantastic stuff from Great Britain beating USA, France and Australia and now Belgium to win it.

The Davis Cup was sensational this weekend. The pure joy. Kyle Edmund REALLY justified his place, he will get there. It was only like his second 2nd/3rd 5 set match, the first 2 sets were just superb tennis!

Twice French Open runner-up Robin Soderling has retired from tennis due to glandular fever:

Arguably his most famous win was Nadal at the 2009 French Open where he became the first man to beat Nadal at Roland Garros.
