New single out TOMORROW (8th August)! Really excited for this, her first two albums were perfection (Made of Bricks remains my all-time fave) and Girl Talk was pretty good for what it was too. Intrigued to hear what direction she's gone in this time.

Wow thought she had disappeared!

3 years between albums is standard for her actually! tongue.gif Been the same gap between each album so far, hopefully album 4 is out this year to keep that up lol.

Downloaded it - it's a really nice song, less in your face than a large chunk of Girl Talk was, but not miles away from the general sound. Will post a link to listen as and when one appears, but for now it is on Spotify!

Lewis I think the YouTube tag is a bit wrong there as it's not loading properly!

This is really quite addictive on repeated listens wub.gif might get tickets for her London show!

her first album was fantastic, just randomly listened to Birds yesterday and still made me smile ("and birds can fly so high and they can sh*t on your head" smile.gif lyrically it was a great album, Foundations was really an unlucky song spending all those weeks stuck at #2
by comparison, her 2nd album was very poor and her 3rd should have been aborted, that was beyond band

curious about this one although I have to admit I lost a bit of faith in her

I've actually really got into this over the past week or so, it's a really nice upbeat but chilled song that is (appropriately) perfect for the summer! I loved Fri-end? from the last era too but I think this might top that. How is she funding this though because wasn't the last album released through Pledge Music?
