The OCC website is reporting that Top Of The Pops will announce the Christmas number 1 live as well as on Radio 1.
Greg James will host a special 3 hour show on Radio 1 from 10am-1pm on Christmas Day.

That's what I thought when I first read it but I've a feeling it will be the same chart show format as now but with more chat and phone ins.

They're getting their information slightly wrong for the highlights of the year. They put Walk The Moon - Shut Up & Dance as being in January but I don't think it was even in the chart then let alone it peaking in January. Also they put Hotline Bling by Drake as being in September but it was October when that really exploded, especially with the music video being released that same month.

It was his Teen Awards performance that was aired a few weeks ago, I'd seen it when it was originally shown and there was nothing particularly wrong with the performance.

I haven't seen today's TOTP yet, but I have just seen James Bay doing Hold Back The River on last night's Jools Holland programme. T'was a great performance.
