Chart Commentary
 Keeping up the run of one-week #1s so far in 2019, Ariana Grande's 7 rings drops a spot to #2, while #3 and #4 are also made up of former #1s by Why Don't We and Oscar Enestad which have each dropped a spot each week since their sole chart-topping week. All songs drop to make way for Ally Brooke's debut solo single Low Key. Ally's best known as a member of Fifth Harmony, who scored three #1s in my chart: BO$$, Work from Home and All in My Head (Flex). However, none of the members have achieved a solo #1 before now. Even Camila Cabello's Havana, the longest-running hit in my chart of the past two years (29 weeks top 40!) never made it past #2. Low Key's Havana similarities makes its #1 peak look strange when its predecessor couldn't make it, but nevertheless it's a great song. It's Ally's third top 10 hit as a soloist, with two collaborations from 2018 making up the total. Low Key features Tyga, who also gets his third top 10 and first #1. Interestingly, it's his first new hit since 2015, when he featured on two concurrent top 10 hits with Isac Elliot on Lipstick and Pia Mia on Do It Again. Let Me Down Slowly's revival comes as a result of its new chart success, up to #67 in the UK this week. Alec's album sees a renewed impact, seeing its best week at #1 since its debut, and four other Alec tracks re-entering the top 40. The impact will only continue next week too, after the release of the stunning music video guest starring Lewis' distant relative, Doctor Who star Peter Capaldi.
