The trio have announced via Twitter that a new song, 'Meteorite', will be released as part of the Bridget Jones's Baby soundtrack.

this better be good, though I've not got my hopes too high considering it's for a film (and the same one that produced Ellie Goulding's poor single)

tbh it's a great idea to have Tuesday as Global Release Day because that way songs have time to pick up momentum before debuting in the top 40, and they'd presumably debut a week on Friday.

People have always ignored the normal release day, it happened when it was Sunday and it's happening when it's Friday, it's not big news tongue.gif
