There's been a few changes in staff in the last month so it could be something to do with that but I do wonder if it could be chart related. If so I wonder if it's something along the lines of only counting streams of tracks that have been selected by a user rather than passive listening streams from playlists... rumours have been doing the rounds for months that this may happen one day. It would certainly kill off Christmas songs from dominating the upper end of the charts every December if it was to happen. if they discounted playlists streams, then sales would be so low but also many people listen to playlists in an active way, not just pushing play and listening from track 1 to 70 but choosing the ones you wanna play and actively skipping too I have more of a problem with playlist streams counting for the album charts, which makes zero sense in my head |

She sang rockabilly, pop and country music, and had 47 US chart hits during the 1960s, and is ranked fourth in that decade surpassed only by Elvis Presley, The Beatles and Ray Charles. She is perhaps best known in the United States for her 1960 hit "I'm Sorry", and 1958's "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree", a United States holiday standard for more than 50 years. At 4 ft 9 inches tall (approximately 145 cm), she received the nickname Little Miss Dynamite in 1957 after recording the song "Dynamite" and was one of the earliest pop stars to have a major contemporary international following.
