I am looking forward to participating in an Ironman race on 24th March 2019 and I am looking forward to improve my overall fitness level for that I am looking for a cardio work out, along with improving my flexibility, upper and lower body strength improvements etc.

Have you ever considered doing an Iron man race?

Removed the links but kept the thread as it's an interesting topic.

There is absolutely no way I'd consider doing an iron man laugh.gif I couldn't get anywhere near doing a marathon, never mind sticking a mammoth swim and bike ride in front of it. I know some family friends who have done one and I massively respect anyone who has the commitment to put all that time into training.
