I read on another forum it's already confirmed to be E.T, rather than Peacock. It might not be true though.
Although I think Peacock would definitely get people talking, plus I've seen it in the top 1000 on iTunes occasionally, so it's getting a few downloads with no promotion. And would there be another radio edit of Peacock, because I think it could be awkward to listen to with your parents around, etc? They had a super-clean radio edit of Dirty Picture, after all. It's as if they're too afraid to release "Peacock"...

It's as if they're too afraid to release "Peacock"... Yeah, although to be fair, it's had VERY bad reviews. It did get #1 on the US Dance chart, which for an ablum track, is an incredible achievement! It got #1 on December the 4th. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_numbe..._of_2010_(U.S.) |

Looking back, imagine if they did go with 'Peacock'.
'E.T.' wouldn't have been the mega-smash it was in America. |

I reckon Peacock would've ended the streak. NO WAY would it have gone even top 5 in America tbh.

Thank GOD they didn't got for Peacock, aside from a really obvious (and $h!t) gimmick, there is nothing going for it.

"Peacock" has top 5 written all over it, at the best. Then again, I never thought "ET" would go to #1!
