"This Time" is Offically 4th and possibly last Single from Melanie C.Single will be released only in Germany, Austria and Switzerland on 12th October possibly with video."We Love to Entertain You" will be the b-side.There will be also video for the B-side as it is used in comercial.There will be "Radio Mix" of "This Time" reworked by Peter John Vettese.New version and B-side will be premiered soon!

Also clips can be heard on Melanie C's radio station (www.melaniec.net)


How come it's not being released over here, she always does this takes the best tracks and makes them singles in other countries

Well I guess after Carolyna didn't do that well she's not likely to release another song over here. Carolyna was much better than This Time anyway, so the new one would definitely flop if she released it here. Besides, the UK's just focusing on the Spice Girls reunion now so I doubt they're interested in solo projects for the time being

1) The Moment You Believe (EU)
2) I Want Candy (UK)
3) Carolyna

It's such a shame, Melanie C has written such good songs to be released and everyone just ignores them in the UK, some people have no taste

Sadly the re-worked, slowed down version of this that's getting the release somewhat ruins the song so I'm glad it might not get a UK release. Cover:

I still say the big reason This Time flopped in the UK was because she chose to release I Want Candy as the lead off single, and song thats been covered many times and is nothing new or special. Not to mention her version wasnt all that great either. I think people just immediatley judged her from that single and said screw it to the rest of the album.

This Time (the single) reached only #31 this week, but in the next few weeks she's going to do some promo there i think. Carolyna was #28 but reached #3 in Airplay, so i guess was not THAT bad after all . And This Time (the album) sold over 120,000 copies there by now.
Poor Mel, she deserves so much better Oh well...
