She's doing ok but she was promoted as if she'd be THE new British pop g9rl, instead that success went to Mabel & Dua

Hurts. Quality pop singles, still mystified why they never broke through despite the more-traditional 80's-stylings. The 00's was a major shift away from old-style pop and had new pop rules you had to stick to to get streaming playlist action....

Nikki Williams, I thought she'd blow up in 2013 and am still quite gutted she didn't. All she got was a #1 on the Bubbling Under Billboard chart (effectively #101) and having written Demi Lovato's 'Heart Attack', and nothing after that. She had one of the best voices I've ever heard.

I've literally never heard of Nikki Williams! Liking the sound of those tracks though, 'Kill f*** Marry's a bit of a tune isn't it?
EDIT: Just discovered it was co-written with Sia, explains why I like it so much This post has been edited by M4NGO: 5th March 2020, 04:39 PM |

Tinashe although it could be more deserved rather than me thinking she’d be huge.
Clara as well sort of. She did ok here in the UK but back when she debuted I thought she’d rival Beyoncé. Rihanna took that crown. |
