 Carrie Underwood has just announced here that her new single Smoke Break is out TONIGHT  It's a storytelling song, there's more information in the video there. It's also the first single from her fifth album Storyteller  So excited to hear this, Carrie never disappoints

Really liking it on first listen, I love the bit towards the end where she sings over "woahs" in the background - you'll get what I mean when you hear it. I haven't found a link yet (I listened to it live on a US country station) but hopefully one will appear soon!

It's very Miranda/Little Big Town, if I'm hoenst I'm not 100% sold on first listen... It's solid but like a 8/10 not the 9 or 10 I expect from a Carrie lead. Maybe when I'm in a better mood tomorrow it'll slay me

I like how she's gone done the ultra Country story telling route. I know she's done it before, so it's not new territory ("Temporary Home", "Just A Dream" etc.) |

I love Carrie best when she does the storytelling songs, and the album title is a good indicator of what's to come! My favourite Carrie track is All-American Girl and that's a lovely story
