Another song that has been uploaded to the online selection is 'Candy' by former Pussycat Doll Jessica Sutta! Her song can be heard http://esc.srf.ch/de/jessica-sutta?sorting=created.
Confusingly, Jessica has denied such rumours on Twitter - but as far as we can see, her song is on that Eurovision site just as Kitty's and many others are! Very confusing - I would assume it's a mistake but you never know.
Back by popular demand (from myself)...
My favourites are Timebelle, a fabulous pop-rock song with saxophone (!) that is reminiscent of Mandinga with its instrumentation (and their Romanian roots). It has over 300,000 YouTube views, none of the others have anything much higher than 10,000 and is deemed to be the favourite alongside Tiziana.
With that running order draw I'm sensing a Tiziana victory, unless Andy McSean gets the "only male artist effect" that Italy got in JESC! I really hope Timebelle can somehow succeed, a fantastic pop song and would go straight to the top of my rankings and would more than likely be in my top 5 by the end of the national final season.
Out of those I'd say my favourites were Tiziana and Mélanie René. Timebelle were OK too, I'd say the Swiss will most likely pick Tiziana or Andy McSean.
Don't think I'll be watching tonight though.
Well I have nothing else to do tonight so bring it on die Schweiz
I've just been watching the screen while watching The Voice. Reading the various forums, I get the sense that Timebelle are out of the running thanks to that running order slot. Mélanie was apparently impressive but I feel like we could end up with an Andy McSean victory which would surely guarantee Switzerland a stay in the semis.
Mélanie was very impressive singing 'Chandelier' just then.
I was quite impressed by Timebelle actually! Though I do think Andy is gonna win, Mélanie would be my personal pick.
Andy McSean is so "3rd place in Ireland's Late Late Show national final"!
When are the results, Ryan do you know?
I'm assuming the lines will close after this commercial break, be counted during Conchita's performance and then revealed probably from about 9ish our time. Looking at last year, there's no sign of any scoreboard or anything so the results will only take a minute or two if they do the same this year.
Oh I thought we were breaking for like half an hour or something.
4 minutes until the lines close!
God the backing singers for Licia Chery are APPALLING
Deborah Bough looks so similar to Karen Harding, and the fact that they both performed at #1 out of 6 in their respective national finals is even more coincidental!
Conchita *.*
Mélanie René is the winner!
I'm glad it wasn't Andy! Just watching the reprise now and she's sounding good, she definitely had the most positive response across the web tonight. Another moody pop song though to join the two Warriors!
I'll have to check out the music video again soon.
Not a fan of this on first listen, feels very very dreary.
Ooh yes Melanie! I'm really liking the dark/atmospheric vibe of this one. Probably my fave/second fave so far
Final result as confirmed on SRF's website:
1. Mélanie René
2. Timebelle
3. Licia Chery
4. Andy McSean
5. Tiziana
6. Deborah Bough
Shocked at Andy and Tiziana! So angry now though that Timebelle were second, I hope this isn't a sign of things to come this year! Any chance they can quickly enter the Romanian selection, I believe their submission process is still open!
I don't think the running order made too much difference Ryan, there were only 6 songs after all!
Surprised Timebelle managed as high as 2nd! Poor Tiziana.
Oh no in that post I meant second as in second place finish! I'd rather they were lower down and not so close to the win
Oh I see!
Still, onwards and upwards Ryan, it's Cyprus tomorrow!...
This needs a LOT of work/tweaking if it stands a chance on the night. There is some potential there though...
I doubt anything from Cyprus will be troubling the top half of my rankings unfortunately, let's just hope Denmark choose wisely next week!
First revamp is here! Mélanie performed a new version of her song on the Lithuanian selection yesterday. It's quite a subtle revamp but there is extra strings and synths in the production of the song and makes a huge improvement in my opinion!

Love the little tweaks there, a strong entry from Switzerland this year.
That audience at the end of her perf though, they couldn't look MORE DISINTERESTED
I'm not surprised after they've had to sit through so many months of this selection! But at least they've got their best entry ever as a reward!
The music videos with revamps are continuing to come in thick and fast, now we have the brand new music video and revamp of 'Time To Shine':
So much more power than the original, love the revamped guitar solo bit in particular!
It's much better and has potential to be great but the lyrics really let it down. She has a Celine dion tone to her voice in parts too - obviously she ain't no Celine though.
