We're just over 48 hours away from the return of Eurovision *.* This year we're back in Kyiv, thanks to Jamala's win for Ukraine with '1944' in Stockholm last May. Our theme this year is 'Celebrate Diversity' and what better way to do that, than with three straight white men as hosts! 42 countries are competing for the win, with 18 of those fighting for the 10 spots available from the first semi final. And even MORE in keeping with the theme, 17 of the 18 songs in the first semi final are totally in English.

If you're in one of the competing countries you'll be able to vote in tonight's live broadcast, along with viewers in Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom. So get ready for topless Greek dancers, the longest ponytail ever to grace the Eurovision stage, several screaming women in white dresses and the return, of Epic Sax Guy!

01 Sweden: Robin Bengtsson - I Can't Go On
02 Georgia: Tamara Gachechiladze - Keep The Faith
03 Australia: Isaiah - Don't Come Easy
04 Albania: Lindita - World
05 Belgium: Blanche - City Lights
06 Montenegro: Slavko Kalezić - Space
07 Finland: Norma John - Blackbird
08 Azerbaijan: Dihaj - Skeletons
09 Portugal: Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois
10 Greece: Demy - This Is Love
11 Poland: Kasia Moś - Flashlight
12 Moldova: Sunstroke Project - Hey Mamma
13 Iceland: Svala - Paper
14 Czech Republic: Martina Bárta - My Turn
15 Cyprus: Hovig - Gravity
16 Armenia: Artsvik - Fly With Me
17 Slovenia: Omar Naber - On My Way
18 Latvia: Triana Park - Line

Who's everyone voting for tomorrow then? Unless something surprising happens I'll be throwing a vote at Belgium and Portugal.

I'll definitely be throwing my support behind Queen Slavko, with possibly a few votes going to Lindita, as well as anybody else who surprises me.

WANT
01 Sweden: Robin Bengtsson - I Can't Go On
02 Georgia: Tamara Gachechiladze - Keep The Faith
03 Australia: Isaiah - Don't Come Easy
04 Albania: Lindita - World
05 Belgium: Blanche - City Lights
06 Montenegro: Slavko Kalezić - Space
07 Finland: Norma John - Blackbird
08 Azerbaijan: Dihaj - Skeletons
09 Portugal: Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois
10 Greece: Demy - This Is Love
11 Poland: Kasia Moś - Flashlight
12 Moldova: Sunstroke Project - Hey Mamma
13 Iceland: Svala - Paper
14 Czech Republic: Martina Bárta - My Turn
15 Cyprus: Hovig - Gravity
16 Armenia: Artsvik - Fly With Me
17 Slovenia: Omar Naber - On My Way
18 Latvia: Triana Park - Line

THINK
01 Sweden: Robin Bengtsson - I Can't Go On
02 Georgia: Tamara Gachechiladze - Keep The Faith
03 Australia: Isaiah - Don't Come Easy
04 Albania: Lindita - World
05 Belgium: Blanche - City Lights
06 Montenegro: Slavko Kalezić - Space
07 Finland: Norma John - Blackbird
08 Azerbaijan: Dihaj - Skeletons
09 Portugal: Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois
10 Greece: Demy - This Is Love
11 Poland: Kasia Moś - Flashlight

15 Cyprus: Hovig - Gravity

18 Latvia: Triana Park - Line

Very tough semi, a lot of borderline qualifiers - could easily see Georgia, Albania, Belgium and Poland through.

I think I'll probably chose to channel my support to where it's needed the most which at this point is probably Belgium and Iceland.

I'm going to be voting for Iceland. It's my second fave overall and I'll be upset if it doesn't get through but I don't think it will, a shame.

I think it's a shame that the UK votes tomorrow night really as my five or six favourites from the semi finals are all on Thursday night. As a song, Belgium is my easy favourite here, but from what I've seen and heard about the rehearsals, I don't know if I'll really want to vote for it based on that or not. We'll see, maybe she'll do alright..Latvia and Iceland are my next two favourites I think, maybe Montenegro for the fun.

Could totally buy all of Adam's predictions. Interested to see if Lex stands by Portugal being a DNQ with it moving up to second in the odds and the buzz around it doesn't seem to have died down.

Azerbaijan and Iceland for me, might chuck a couple for Belgium too as I'm really worried that Blanche will be this year's shock DNQ (not so much a shock as we've known . Paper and City Lights are both in my top 5 so it'd be gutting to have them both DNQ, Skeletons feels pretty safe luckily. God forbid all 3 DNQ that would be the worst semi result ever drama.gif

I shall probably be voting for either Iceland or Albania. Maybe both. Possibly Latvia and Montenegro, depending on who I think most needs it. And there's the real possibility that all four could fail and I'd be distraught. Although my absolute favourites are mostly in semi 2 so I'm spared from having to really decide there.

WANT
01 Sweden: Robin Bengtsson - I Can't Go On
02 Georgia: Tamara Gachechiladze - Keep The Faith
03 Australia: Isaiah - Don't Come Easy
04 Albania: Lindita - World
05 Belgium: Blanche - City Lights
06 Montenegro: Slavko Kalezić - Space
07 Finland: Norma John - Blackbird

08 Azerbaijan: Dihaj - Skeletons
09 Portugal: Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois
10 Greece: Demy - This Is Love
11 Poland: Kasia Moś - Flashlight
12 Moldova: Sunstroke Project - Hey Mamma
13 Iceland: Svala - Paper

14 Czech Republic: Martina Bárta - My Turn
15 Cyprus: Hovig - Gravity
16 Armenia: Artsvik - Fly With Me
17 Slovenia: Omar Naber - On My Way
18 Latvia: Triana Park - Line

Wouldn't mind Cyprus or Poland in place of one of those.

THINK
01 Sweden: Robin Bengtsson - I Can't Go On

02 Georgia: Tamara Gachechiladze - Keep The Faith
03 Australia: Isaiah - Don't Come Easy

04 Albania: Lindita - World
05 Belgium: Blanche - City Lights

06 Montenegro: Slavko Kalezić - Space
07 Finland: Norma John - Blackbird
08 Azerbaijan: Dihaj - Skeletons
09 Portugal: Salvador Sobral - Amar Pelos Dois
10 Greece: Demy - This Is Love
11 Poland: Kasia Moś - Flashlight
12 Moldova: Sunstroke Project - Hey Mamma
13 Iceland: Svala - Paper
14 Czech Republic: Martina Bárta - My Turn
15 Cyprus: Hovig - Gravity
16 Armenia: Artsvik - Fly With Me

17 Slovenia: Omar Naber - On My Way
18 Latvia: Triana Park - Line

Sometimes it just feels safest to predict the worst.
