Moving on to Round 8. This time please vote for your least favourite track.
In round 7 we lose Come & Get It. After the success of IBTW this was nearly a single. Many versions exist of this song. The limited cd single that i own always used to be a small fortune on ebay. 8. Put the needle on it i never really got into, i really loved who do you love now and loved seeing it do well, put a needle on it came along and kinda killed my new found interest in Dannii but thankfully i begin to wonder came along and brought me back into her again and persuaded me in to buying the album. Mystified i think would have made a good single as it has a catchy hook in the chorus.

I love PTNOI
The video is also amazing and I like the Jason’s Neveins remix edit. If Madonna or dare I say Kylie sang this in the same way it would have topped the charts. Out of all of Dannii’s songs for some reason I see Kylie doing this one the most. |

Put the needle on it does fit into the some of the sounds on body language and wouldn't have felt out of place on the album but that isn't necessarily a compliment as many body language songs i feel the same about as i do with put the needle on it

I was a bit "meh" about 'Put The Needle On It' at the time it was released, in fact I didn't really take much notice of Dannii until 'I Begin To Wonder' captivated me. Then I bought the album, fell in love with it including '... Needle'. Such a sexy electro-pop/dance number.

I Begin to Wonder was exactly the hit Dannii needed.
So disappointing that it missed out on providing Dannii with a Number 1. It was Dannii's first and last chance at achieving it. |

Poor ‘I Begin To Wonder’ - it would have totally fulled the campaign had it got to #1. I remember the midweek push encouraging purchases at the time from her team.

"Put The Needle On It" always reminds me of that demented hooker (!) that used to post on SayHey as "Dannii's Top Fan" until she released "Put The Needle On It" which he found very offensive for whatever reason and said that Dannii might as well have sung "Put the dicks on me" (?!). Oh and one time he used black magic to raise a spirit to kill me. I'm still waiting. Peak insanity either way.
