Brazil didn't look great from what I saw in the first half in a friendly against Croatia.

Costa Rica take on Serbia at the Samara Arena in Sunday's first match.

Predictions for this? Costa Rica certainly don't look the force they were at the last World Cup

Anything other than a win for Brazil would be disappointing against Switzerland. Can they banish that 7-1 defeat from 2014?

The Swiss are decent imo, if they had a goalscorer they would be in with a shout of winning imo. 6th in the rankings at the mo!

Well that semi-brawl was an interesting end to the Serbia-Costa Rica match laugh.gif Anyone know what actually happened?

The commentators certainly didn't seem to have a clue.

Brazil will probably be the new favourites now after Germany's loss today. If Gabriel Jesus is on top form Brazil could do some serious damage, he's been a good luck charm for Manchester City as well as I read that they've never lost whenever he's scored so he could transfer that over to the national side as well.

I think Switzerland will play how Iceland played against Argentina, they will defend most of the time and be hard to break down.

Now then an equaliser from Switzerland. Shocking defending from Brazil.

Both the pre-tournament favourites fluffing their lines today then, keeps things very interesting. Neymar was rubbish.

Neymar was well off it today, clearly not fit.

Thought Brazil were actually alright though, certainly better than Germany, they just had plenty of chances just could not take any of them. They needed to take Neymar off free kicks though cos 90% of them were shocking.

Neymar was £196m crap. Brazil were ok just couldn't convert their chances.

Yeh was a bit random - was clearly a CR ball but Matic went mad when the coach tried to hold onto the ball. Maybe he was just cleverly trying to waste time or maybe he actually thought it was a Serbia ball.

Think I'm the only one who thought Neymar was decent last night, imagine he was fit then?! Always find it strange how people think Switzerland are shite when they are decent. Even the commentator eventually said that 'you don't get to 6th in the rankings by being a mug'!

Now would be the time for Brazil to make an impact tomorrow against Costa Rica. They just couldn't convert those chances in their match against Switzerland. Neymar as I said was poor.

I can see Serbia and Switzerland being a good bet for the first 0-0 of the tournament?
