I am not just unemployed though. Am disabled with depression, which has got worse since my daughter died, and was found fit for work by the DWP twice but won two Judicial appeals with help and letters from my GP. As far as this government is concerned - you're unemployed - no ifs, no buts, no excuses. And its about to get a lot worse for unemployed people (for all of us for that matter - unless we've got a few million quid squirreled away!) |

Just file them with the same bunch idiots that think Brexit will be good for the country - there is no hope. Same idiots that want to vote for a man that wants to give Tax cuts to the six figure earners. I’m no fan of Corbyn but at least he has some sense of reality. .....And supported Hamas and the IRA. Watch the Tories and Boris go with that at the next election. |

I'm in the Support group, ie not fit for any type of work or work related activity ie training etc. |

.....And supported Hamas and the IRA. Watch the Tories and Boris go with that at the next election. Ah the irony of Project Fear coming back to light. Problem is I don’t think people really care right now, you saw all the noise about Johnson today, I think that protest will only intensify. We’ve now basically got the far left and far right as our two main parties right now. If the Lib Dem’s don’t decide the next election I’ll be damned, they’re gonna make massive gains. |

My OH died in April 2018 (horribly) but I was back at work full-time in July the same year! I find a way to work whilst on medication (medication which I hope to come off in time). Boris is a great advocate of work being good for ones mental health - he may introduce measures that make even you find yourself back in the work-place. Who knows - You may find it helps and you may even enjoy it! But ... as I said earlier - I know you're just trolling! You are funny at times - wearing but funny nonetheless! |

Stop hammering on about that and read what people are actually saying to you, which is the simple truth that this government doesn't care whether you're unfit for work or not. They'll continue to try and make it harder for you to stay out of work and claim your precious benefits. |

Patel and Raab? Oh save us. They're among the stupidest, least qualified, MPs in the entire Parliament. Out of the small number of Conservative MPs I had any respect for in the previous government, they've all gone. It's almost entirely the full who's who of Tory stooges. This Cabinet can't last long.
Worst appointment MIGHT be Gavin Williamson because the ink's barely gone dry on his sacking but I think Raab runs it close. Unless he has a blissfully short tenure as Foreign Secretary, there's no chance he doesn't make a huge gaffe. |

So that begs the question, why the HELL are you supporting a government that would wrongly declare you fit for work in these circumstances? |

Most far-right cabinet ever.
So here we are, the UK: far left vs far right and a nation still in Rigor Mortis and in decline (and we are still in the EU with all those benefits). The sane reasonable Centre has an uphill battle to try and limit the damage they are doing to society. Same age-old story. |

In fairness they have Morgan and Rudd who are ardent remainders too:.

Yes and we all know there's peace in NI because he talked to them openly while the British government only did it behind closed door. Least he isn't a hypocrite. And no people in NI don't vote sectarianly they vote mainly along lines of national identity. The reason why this is again due to the British. |

Unfortunately murderers simply *assume* that power for themselves... But there is a difference between assuming that power for yourself which is illegal and the government simply telling people it’s on for them to have that power. I’d personally rather the murderers were all genuinely suffering for their crimes. OFF TOPIC: Kath, so sorry to hear about your partner |

What a great inspirational positive speech by Boris to the Commons now. Once again he emphasises that no-one should doubt that we are exiting the EU on Oct. 31st.

Sounded to me like soundbites and he has no alternative plan if he can't get no deal through at that time. The Eu also don't look like starting with a new deal so it was all huff and puff!!

I don't think he has any alternative. There are reports that the Brexit Secretary said to him "so what now" and he had no answer really except get on the phones like he will and make some noise to the EU and hope they'll offer something. On a side note Chris - when you've got a moment can you let me know the name of the Private Health insurer you are with (do you think it is good value for money, would you recommend them?) Cheers! |
