Uniteds first bit of business done with an extension to Valencias contract to 2019 with an extra year. Many are expecting Carrick to get an extra year to his contract but not confirmed yet

Another speculation I heard was Morata joining AC Milan from Real Madrid. Zabaleta was joined West Ham on a free transfer. |

I think Zabaleta's decline has looked exaggerated because of the demands that Guardiola has placed on his FBs and the way that City play. I imagine we'll use him as a more defensive option than Byram in bigger games. And like you say, a free is a free and 32 isn't that old if he's looked after himself.

Is Zabaleta only 32? Jesus Christ. He looks like he's away to start drawing his pension! Valencia is 31 and has wicked pace when he needs to so if Zabaleta is in 25% as good shape he should do you right for a free |

Riyad Mahrez has announced that he wants to leave Leicester. I'm not surprised about this and I think that he probably wanted to leave last year but Leicester's title win and subsequent entry into the Champions League made him stay for another season.

Signing Solanke is pretty impressive. Always one of the best players at youth level, £3m is a steal. Be annoying to see Chelsea/Man Utd/City splash loads of money on quality but Solanke is impressive. Only drawback is he needs to play games.
Heard a few rumours that Man City are trying to scupper Bayern's bid for Sanchez! |

I was gonna say, "would Arsenal really sell to City tho" and then I remembered we bought RVP off them ahead of Fergies final season. It wouldn't surprise me, I've heard City were keen on both Sanchez and Ozil but every man and their dog is linked with Manchester at the moment.
