Okay I rewatched season 1 and just finished season 2. What the f***. The entire thing is so twisted, I'm losing my mind.

That Charlotte/Elizabeth mystery reveal was one of the biggest WHAAAAAAAAAAAAT? moments on TV I've witnessed. Did not expect that AT ALL.

Should be done with Season 3 by the end of the week. So exciting. I have my theory (that destiny is inevitable and they cannot change anything at all) but I think it won't be the case at all given the ending of season 2 :') I mean there's no other way to explain it yet but I'm sure the last 8 episodes will be even more of a mindf*** than before.

Finished this now! A great ending, the solution felt very simple by the show's standards, but I think that's a good thing because however complicated and twisty it got, it was a show about family and love at its heart and that's what drove the motivations of all the key characters so it felt very fitting. I got a bit misty eyed when Jonas & Martha faded into dust holding each other's hand :'( Feels so weird that just six characters weren't born as a result of time travel, it's crazy how linked everything was!

I'll miss this show, it's rare you get something so ambitious and complex, yet never feeling overstuffed and too much for it's own good, it always kept you engaged from the devotion of the characters. I'll certainly be keeping an eye on this director's future work.

~Imma be using spoilers without tags so beware yo~

Bartosz and Silja starting the entire generation. I would never have thought that! It's insane how everyone was connected and one wrong move could leave you at the incest station.

Hannah sleeping with one of her greatgreat...grandchildren and getting married to one as well. Martha dating two guys that are related to her. We love to see it~

This sped up really quickly and I'm IN AWE with how every single detail was thought out and how seamlessly the last puzzle pieces fit! Also I must say it wasn't confusing for me keeping up with the family ties. They took their time unfolding everything so that was a lot of help.

Too bad none of this actually happened. I think following the same rules we are about to see the show fade away from netflix sad.gif
