The rather WOW Swedish popstar has herself a UK record deal and will be releasing UK material later this year from her self-titled album. She mixes pop/electro/dance/RnB to create some pretty awesome tunes. Her videos are odd but she's Swedish and they don't have MASSIVE budgets. Her album is AMAZE, check out the videos for a few of the singles from the current album:

robyn been on the music scene for years good to see her with new material, she did the original version of 'keep the fire burning' which was later covered by bev knight a blatant carbon copy, robyn's version was better

I really love "Handle Me". It's quirky and the video is a bit nuts. But I love it! What is it with Swedish people? They all seem a tad bonkers (but in the best possible way!).

I love this one too. It's not as good as Body Talk, though it's probably more diverse in terms of musical styles. I like all of the songs here too. What're her earlier albums like, anyone who has heard them?
