You forget what country she's representing. Representing Greece completely negates poor draws unless it's the most atrocious of entries (hello 2012). To me a good vocal + draw is what will get her top 5 - top 15 is essentially already booked.

If Hungary does become a qualifier, who does that push out of the top 10 - a surprise DNQ for Georgia?

While I'd like them to, I just can't find any space for them in the top 10.
