New song from Chris Malinchak, which features vocals from MNEK.

I'll welcome any new music from MNEK. An interesting collab and possibly a grower!

Change in direction again, this is pretty good... a lot more deep house and less commercial sounding. Not sure it'll do anything but hope it can.

This is stunning wub.gif

A bit of a 'So Good to Me' 2.0, but sublime plain and simple, I'd really be here for a Malinchak album tbh - his only dud being that song with Mikky Ekko tho

I'd say rather the only dud is 'If U Got It', incredibly bland. I really like the other 3!

not sure about this one. I never got into Stranger so I can see this going the same way for me, I'll give it a chance I guess but it's not near the amaze levels of If U Got It/So Good To Me

Good song! But did anyone else hear 'like a large hippo, i won't let you slip away'?!?

MNEK's vocal is sublime and the track so chilled that it deserves to smash! House is starting to slowly fade from the charts though so I agree it won't do anything sad.gif

This has been floating around for a couple of years now but has finally received a polishing up and an official release. It's quite similar to So Good To Me, but that's definitely not a bad thing!

Have they taken MNEK off this? It sounds like they have.

Interested to see if this gets picked up by radio. It's so old now, the first version surfaced towards the end of 2014!

Either that or they've distorted the vocals because he still sounds very similar!

Apparently the new vocals are by Kaleem Taylor. Good choice!

This version is good biggrin.gif

So this has been removed from all services sad.gif

Really hope it goes back up for release soon!

Ah I spotted that on my playlist, how strange. unsure.gif

If it sounds like the snorefest that was So Good To Me (more suited to being a song to listen to before going to sleep than dancing imo) that doesn't sound good.

Kaleem Taylor was excellent in Promeses though.

but So Good To Me is one of the best house records ever? unsure.gif

It was a good record, but more suitable for chilled listening imo than actually dancing to. I prefer dance music more lively than this.

I suppose So Good To Me is a bit like the chilled trance song Take Me Away by 4 Strings back in 2002 but the difference (as well as genre) is that the vocalist on Take Me Away didn't sound like she was half asleep when singing.

Not a bad effort this at all. No chance of being a hit though.

Glad this has been re-released today with a new mix, still sounds like Kaleem on vocals too.
