Interesting. I wasn't expecting it out until early next year at the earliest, but good to see it maybe coming out before Christmas.

good to see this happening!
This blog seems to confirm that 'Under Control', 'Summer', 'C.U.B.A' and 'Blame' will all feature on the album. No other news of album tracks or even who else will be featured |

Good to see confirmation that 'Under Control' is on this album.
(also yay for news of an album in general, if only so my top 40 recap posts in the chart show thread have one less ugly 'TBA [x]th album') |

He's an incredibly hit and miss artist for me, but still looking forward to seeing what's to come all the same.

So excited for this, but he's got a lot to live up to as 18 Months is his best album to date!
I'd love to see this give Calvin a third number one album, his last one was released in Q4 in 2012 so it's possible it could do really well and hopefully we can have another single before its release |

Of course, I'm looking forward to this. I wish Calvin could do another Ready for the Weekend, but looks like this ain't gonna happen.
Anyway, as far as I know, "Under Control" and "C.U.B.A" are not confirmed to be on Motion yet. However, if it's considered that the former reached atop the UK Singles Charts, I think it will be there, like "Dance Wiv Me" and "We Found Love", despite Calvin appeared as a featured artist on both. Regarding the latter, I think it will pull an "Awooga". I mean, that track appeared as a b-side on "Bounce" and a shorter version appeared on 18 Months, so I guess it will be there as well. No other news of album tracks or even who else will be featured Calvin has been working with Big Sean, Tinashe, Ellie Goulding and Deorro for this album, so they are some of the featured artists to be on this album. Also, there's some information that Calvin made a track with Gwen Stefani, but I really don't know where this came from, so I can't confirm that.

I am f***ing here for Calvin Harris feat. Tinashe. Actually, I see myself possibly having heat stroke hearing it on first listen.
Or dying. |

Yeah in the Tinashe thread in the R&B forum someone mentioned those two collaborating a little while back but I expected it to be Tinashe as lead with uncredited Harris production.

Calvin really stopped existing for me since after he released We Found Love and Feel So Close. Literally everything was dreck from that point on.
He used to be so original and fresh. Oh I wish he'd do another The Girls / Acceptable in the 80s / I'm Not Alone. Not this generic crap (feat. Some Desperate Hoe) :/ NU GUETTA / FUTURE NEW TIESTO |

Hit after hit with Calvin Harris, and the instrumental 'C.U.B.A.' is just fantastic too. Think "Under Control" is one of the only tracks released by Harris that I'm not a fan of, so am indifferent about it featuring on the album or not. Bring on November 4th.

I'm surprised this is coming out this year. I thought he would have waited until after like the 5th single like the last album. I expect "under control" will be on the album. It did make number one even though its hardly his biggest seller.

The album is available for pre-order in iTunes New Zealand so far! It will have 15 tracks, including "Under Control", "Summer" and "Blame", being the three of them as instant grats.
"C.U.B.A" isn't there, so looks like it didn't make the final cut. Also, there's still no information if there would be a deluxe version of the album. |
