If a song is released as an official single as 'XYZ - Single' on iTunes, and was then also made the 2nd gratis track on an album, would it be ineligible to chart, or would it lose sales accumulated from the album's gratis version?

Any sales from the single would count towards its chart position. Any sales from the album version would not. So it would be chart eligible but not all its sales will count.

What about streams, would those count towards the chart in the above circumstances?
