A remake of Lamb's 1997 hit "Gorecki". This is giving me late 90s/early 00s ambient trance Chicane.

Amazing, best thing he has done in years.

REALLY good!

oh love Lamb and Gorecki

The style of the song reminds me of the 2000's trance tracks.

This is amazing - such a great tune! The vocals remind me of Saint Etienne which is nice.

Very nice tune indeed!

Its slower than most trance songs in the late 90s and early 00s but I suppose the slower bpm is a way to make it fit in with today's dance music pace.

Nah it fits in nicely with the mellow chill-out trance songs from that era. Not all trance songs are part of the same subgenre with fast beats and amazing climaxes

Wonderful track!

Yes but a lot of trance apparently (at least according to the wikipedia article on trance music) is a bit slower now than it was in the late 90s/early 00s in terms of pace. According to the wikipedia article the bpm is more on par with house music now for a lot of it.

But then I suppose PPK - Resurection is a slower paced trance song from back in the early 00s.

I know there are different forms of trance. I wonder will there be more types if a chart trance revival happens next decade, like tropical house and future house were defined as new house subgenres this decade?

this is second remake of legendary Gorecki I love, first did Freemasons a couple years ago.

Nothing can top the original version though.

Listened to the current single "Love That's Hard To Find" this morning - sounded decent.

'Nirvana' is the next single and has a video now. One of the highlights of the album.

This is a cover of Ryder’s Nirvana, a song I gave 18 points to when it was entered into BJSC by Hushkanukia!

Both the original and Chicane’s cover are brilliant tracks.

Is track 1 going to be a Royksopp/Susanne cover? ohmy.gif

It is not. The album's been out for a while now too.
