Definitely Oh Father and Like a Prayer but I can't decide on my third pick so I'm going to relisten to the album and vote after that!

Agreed! Those are my two choices but I have no idea for the third.

Easy... Like a Prayer, Til Death Do Us Part and Oh Father.
All three are among my absolute favourites from her. |

Like a Prayer and Cherish are two of my favourite Madonna singles! The latter especially is just so underrated
I chose Dear Jessie for the third choice because I like the "pink elephants and lemonade" hook a lot! This isn't one of my favourite albums by her though really. |

1. Oh Father
2. Like A Prayer 3. Cherish Till Death Do Us Part or Primise To Try could have been given a placing on another day. |

I always skip Love Song, and stop the CD before Act of Contrition - everything else is wonderful. Her second best album, after True Blue.
I eventually voted for Cherish, Til Death Do Us Part & Dear Jessie. There was a bit of ooohing and aaahing over this poll, as Keep It Together & Oh Father need my votes too. |

I always skip Love Song, and stop the CD before Act of Contrition - everything else is wonderful. Ha I do the same! I enjoy the first minute or so of 'Love Song' but it just plods on - I feel like it should completely change direction and throw the listener off course, like a crazy Prince guitar solo and the song speeds up and changes melody. Madonna and Prince are two of the greatest artists ever; this should have been hailed as an album highlight, not one people want to skip. |

Not enough votes for Till Death Do Us Part... it is such a gem in her catalogue of album tracks, although I can understand why the production would be difficult to love if you didn't hear it at the time.

Surprised at Dear Jessie being so well loved. I do quite like it but I'd never thought of it as being a track that Madonna fans were particularly fond of.

I went for 'Like a Prayer', 'Oh Father' and 'Express Yourself' in the end (based on the Shep Pettibone-mixed single version). I really wanted to award 'Till Death Do Us Part' and 'Spanish Eyes' points to, plus 'Cherish' would be deserving too. Definitely the hardest round so far.

Cherish, Like a Prayer and of course Express Yourself (though I don’t like the original album version much)
