Maroon 5 are continuing to make music ahead of their 6th Studio Album which should be this year. Their second single is coming in the forthcoming weeks according to an Instagram post and it's going to be called 'Cold' and features another rapper in the name of Future.

It baffles me just how 'Don't Wanna Know' became the massive hit it was... it's so... forgettable. But tbh, that describes their career pretty well since the Maroon 5 renaissance. 'V' was decent though, but ultimately majority of their output has been so weak! I wish it was OneRepublic getting this success instead.
I wonder what trend they'll make a half arsed effort to follow next..
I hope that title doesn't describe how I feel after listening to it. It's certainly how I felt after Don't Wanna Know.
I've enjoyed most of their output since the Renaissance but I can't with an album full of Don't Wanna Knows.
I'd assume I'm the only one that loved Don't Wanna Know - I wouldn't mind another tropical effort tbh.
I didnt mind don't wanna know. Its a grower and not an instant track. Its not their best but certainly not their worst.
Loved Don't Wanna Know but similarly to Jonjo, I really wish that it could've been OneRepublic getting this success
'Don't Wanna Know' was poor, but I shall not dismiss this one yet when they could still produce something as amazing as 'It Was Always You' as recently as their last era
Tbh I've actually grown to quite like (!) 'Don't Wanna Know' - it's nothing groundbreaking obviously but it's kind of wormed its way into my head, and Adam seems to have given up sounding like a drowning animal, which I hope to see continuing on the next single.
The track features Future.

He's tagged in the Instagram post above.
I have no issues with 'Don't Wanna Know', although I don't particularly like it either, but then I never really cared about Maroon 5 so I don't care if they ''sold out''.
A collab with Future is interesting. Looking forward to it.
Future 😍
Maroon 5 have been dreadful for ages now, but I'm intrigued about this collab...(although it's not as if Kendrick could even save 'Don't Wanna Know' from being horrendous so who know what this will be like, haha)
I actually liked Don't Wanna Know A Lot so excited for the next single
Another rapper?
DWK was horrible, hopefully this is better.
Goes for US pop adds on February 21, which means that it's very possible (most likely to be honest) that it will be released next Friday.
From https://twitter.com/RossOnRadio/status/828774412593815553:
Is the Future addition going to be completely unnecessary and out of place, like the Kendrick one was?
I would actually quite like another tropical-sounding track from them, either that or something really alternative. I don't want another mediocre pop track.
I'm looking forward to this.
Track is out now.
Omg it's so boring!
I quite like it on first listen, the melody is more endearing than I Don't Wanna Know and the song isn't as awkwardly obvious an attempt to grab a streaming smash...even though this will do well on streaming too regardless.
Agree with Rich, it's a better song on a first listen than I Don't Wanna Know.
Here for this.
Will be interesting to see where it lands on tomorrow's Spotify update
I don't know whether to love it or hate it but it's certainly better than "Don't Wanna Know". Thus type of sound seems more suited for them if they ever wanna get that streaming smash.
I like this a lot more than Don't Wanna Know
This track is far more instant than their last song. Quite catchy.
Music Video:
Thankfully MUCH better than 'Don't Wanna Know'! I can imagine it being on their 'V' album. Very good.
So much better than 'Don't Wanna Know'.
It has a good vibe and is catchy without sounding completely reductive. I don't love it but I would be more than okay with hearing this on the radio.
Decent track but again, nothing I'm rushing back to.
Any news about a new album?
This is the best thing they've done in an AGE.
