Disappointing start for the album in the States - It charted at #17 with 19,900 sales (Her previous album entered at #2 with 59,000 sales) - Also 'I Bet' has missed the Top 40. Not sure why this album is not taking off as reviews have generally been brilliant.

That is an awful start, all of her others charted top 3
Well, not Basic Instinct (#44 oops). Best album of the year so far for me so it's particularly gutting.

^^ Thought it would be an easy Top 5 entry too, Not great that 'I Bet' has missed the Top 40 too... I think the last time a lead single of hers missed the Top 40 in the States was the 'Basic Instinct' era... Let's hope 'Jackie' does not repeat the way that bombed!

So two new songs 'Oh Baby' and 'Special Edition' have just been uploaded to her YouTube account...
Pointing towards a re-issue maybe? 'Oh Baby' is definitely the stronger of the two, not really feeling 'Special Edition' at all tbh. |
