No instead it is Jarrell Miller on June 1st.

I don't see Miller causing Joshua any problems. I think Miller will do well to get past the fifth round in all honesty.

Olympic and Commonwealth medallist Anthony Ogogo has retired after his professional boxing career was hampered by a serious eye injury.

The 30-year-old has not fought since fracturing an eye socket against Craig Cunningham in October 2016.

Since turning professional after winning bronze at the 2012 London Olympics, he has also endured shoulder and Achilles injuries.

Certainly not everyone's cup of tea was Ogogo but he can leave boxing knowing he had his own story and achieved success to an extent.

Belfast boxer Michael Conlan has been criticised after his ring entrance song in Sunday's bout in New York contained lyrics supporting the IRA.

Conlan, 27, entered the ring as the Wolfe Tones song Celtic Symphony played at Madison Square Garden.

The song's chorus includes the line "Up the Ra" and several unionist politicians have reacted angrily.

"Disgraceful that he has no regard for the victims of IRA terrorism," said DUP Belfast councillor Brian Kingston.

"Very disappointing that Michael Conlan does not follow the lead of many previous boxing and sporting heroes so that people can support him across the divide."

Josh Warrington will defend his IBF world featherweight title against mandatory challenger Kid Galahad on 15 June at Leeds Arena.

Warrington beat Northern Ireland's Carl Frampton in his first title defence in December and is unbeaten in 28 fights.

"All of a sudden people are saying I am capable of beating every featherweight in the world, and with that comes expectation," said the Leeds fighter.

The 28-year-old earned his place as the mandatory challenger by beating American Toka Kahn Clary in October.

Galahad, who was born in Qatar but moved to England as a child, was given a two-year doping ban in 2016, which was later cut by six months.

World heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder will defend his title against mandatory challenger Dominic Breazeale in New York on 18 May.

The Barclays Center fight was ordered by the WBC, after Briton Tyson Fury opted for an alternative bout instead of a rematch with Wilder, 33.

Josh Warrington would be open to a rematch against Carl Frampton - but only if the Northern Irishman has a world title to defend.

Warrington beat Frampton in his first IBF world featherweight title defence and will face Kid Galahad on 15 June.

Frampton has ended talk of retirement by signing a new multi-fight contract with US-based Top Rank promotions.
