What will win and what will come last? What will the order of the interludes be in? So many questions

All I ever wanted was love | 19 // Stupid Love (Vitaclub Warehouse Mix) // 5.63 First out, we have the final track to feature on the deluxe CD version of the album. The remix was produced by Bloodpop and Burns and was released alongside the lead single. It's a remix made for the clubs like much of the album and features a heart-racing house beat with Gaga's reverberating vocals on top of the instrumental. It hasn't done enough to impress you guys however as it takes home the wooden spoon for these results! |

I think it's probably the right choice for last place in that it adds least to the album experience It's a great remix though

It's a good remix, perhaps 7.5/10 as far as remixes go, but feels like a pointless addition on the album.

many hard things are also followed by revelations | 18 // Chromatica III // 6.25 We lose our first interlude The third Chromatica interlude introduces the final section of the album! It directly leads into the track that follows it 'Sine From Above'. The piece of music was written and produced by Gaga and Morgan Kibby. In its Spotify description, Gaga states: "I believe this music to be an expression of an understanding that in life, things will be hard. But many hard things are also followed by revelations." |

Makes sense! It's my least favourite interlude. I think it's the most true 'interlude' in that it's more of a palette cleanser between Replay and Sine From Above where as the other two have much more purpose in themselves. Still nice though and I love the inclusion of all three interludes in the tracklist. Best use of them I've seen ever imo.

Agree with Klumzee, it kind of deserves to be the lowest rated interlude here.

It's also my least favourite interlude even though it is essential to introducing the final (and potentially BEST) 'act' on the album!

The world rots in conflict | 17 // Chromatica I // 6.47 Another interlude out now and the song that both starts the album and started the era as a whole as it introduces the 'Stupid Love' music video! The interlude leads directly into 'Alice'. Gaga stated that: "The beginning of the album symbolizes for me the beginning of my journey to healing. It goes right into this grave string arrangement, where you feel this pending doom that is what happens if I face all the things that scare me. That string arrangement is setting the stage for a more cinematic experience with this world that is how I make sense of things." The Spotify decription reads: "The world rots in conflict. Many tribes battle for dominance. While the Spiritual ones pray and sleep for peace, the Kindness punks fight for CHROMATICA" |

obviously II won but in it's own right this is probably the best of them! Such a stunning opener and the full orchestra sounds so lush and dramatic. When listening to this I envision a sunrise on Chromatica, panning over the rolling hills of Gaga's world like a nature documentary and lighting up the land for a new day unveiling it's beauty. Despite not matching the genre of the full tracks at all, this sets the scene perfectly for me and gets me hyped to listen on to the album. I think the transition from this to Alice (and it's beat-drop) is underrated!
