Confirmed as a single!
The song is confirmed as the second promotional cutaken from Moroder’s upcoming studio album “74 Is the New 24“, scheduled to be released Spring 2015, and it’s amazing in every way, a real heavenly perfect italo-disco gem!
The official music video was filmed in December with the collaboration of choreographer Blake McGrath, and dancer Kayla Radomski.

I like the production, I don't like when she does that high pitched/whiny thing in the chorus she tends to do though. It's what put me off tracks like 'Feels So Good'.

I love love love the verses and the beat - less rapt in the chorus (which by the way I feel about soooo many songs these days. What is going on with music?)

I have no idea what you're trying to say, but, when it comes to instant grats, if you pre-order the whole album and get a track, it wont count to the charts, but if you download the song and not the album, it will. Not that it matters since RHRN is getting pushed as a single here.

I'm really liking this! Sounds a lot like a Kylie solo song actually. The high-pitched vocal in the chorus reminded me of 'Sparks', the 'Into the Blue' b-side.

ITunes it is out on Friday 30th Jan.... not sure why a Friday will f*** up her chances of a decent charting.... but maybe that is the video premiere day and if it picks up decent pre-orders may make the top 40 on Sunday 1st Feb........

Friday is an odd day for release. It will be lucky to make top40 given it will only achieve a partial week's sales on the first week when sales are likely to be highest, unless there is significant promotion for the track through radio play.

Are we sure it isn't just a mistake with iTunes or something? I recall Madonna's 'Living For Love' was originally scheduled for 20th February (which is a Friday), but then it was altered to the 22nd which makes more sense.
Maybe the same will happen here?

Yeah I'm sure the release date on iTunes for most songs is the Friday, but that's usually the release date in Ireland and we get it on the following Sunday.

I think its not a mistake.... timebomb was released on a Friday.... think Friday is the day the video worldwide premieres and the start of many chart weeks in other countries I think....
kylie is back in UK so hopefully she will do promo and Giorgio must do some also.... not sure what she could go on? j ross? one show? etc.... needs radio play, but if it doesn't make an impact on first week then it wont get any........
pre-orders abysmal but hey who pre-orders a single.... if on Friday the album is available to pre-order too then they could have Right Here Right Now as the freebie and it does count towards the singles sales and charts.... hence why Into the blue did well.....

She's not really gonna promote a song that technically isn't hers unless Giorgio is there too. Bear in mind he is well into his 70's too.

Course they will promote. They are performing in Germany together in the Melt festival though this is way away..
I cannot see them wanting this to flop.... its a big comeback for him and the video teaser etc, they want this to be successful.
Sony will surely get this some good coverage on videos/radio play etc....

net week is the big week.... holding 38th spot on ITunes ... we all need to buy a copy on ITunes, Google play and Amazon.....2.97 total 
there will be new releases with pre-orders galore so expect her to drop to 45-50 tomorrow,... video out on Monday should grab some sales and fingers crossed we all stream it on reply all week and some radios pick up on it.. I am pretty sure no promo yesterday because it is not her single to promote..... its is Giorgio & Sony...... so maybe they have some promo after all it is his album they are trying to shift....
I wouldn't be surprised if his album goes on pre-order next week with Kylie collab as the free grat... this will help her sales too.......

As for its chart performance, they only have themselves to blame for releasing it on a Friday. Seriously, what was the sense in that?

The video has got a lot of publicity from Vevo which is good.
the song has moved up from 59 to 50 on Uk ITunes today so theres hope if it can continue to creep up that a top 75 chart placing.... though is it being streamed yet etc? not good with streaming knowledge...!!!!

The video has 300k of hits already... twitter is loving it, no one dislikes it or video.... I guess its not being advertised as a kylie song so its all Giorgio .... but remember they only released it early because it leeked and they wanted to capture sales....
streaming of a new song can take a few weeks to gather pace.... are we going to see it playlisted anywhere? anyone seen the video on TV?
If you think Timebomb has 18m views..... Right Here Right Now just hasn't taken off
Will we get a Remixes EP... surely clubs are going to start playing it? if not just gay ones???
I see all positivity but no sales..... but who knows about it?
Lets see what happens the end of this week and into next week...... it wont help his album getting no sales of this song so surely they will try? 59p reduction?

I feel like this could be a hit as it's enough of a Kylie-esque song for the fans to buy yet "cool" enough for younger audiences to want, but there's no way it will be unless it is put in the public eye and I can't see that happening really.

Wow! #74 in Sales Chart converted to #154 overall Singles Chart with streaming added.
That's a huge difference, streaming must've been minimal last week.
I see it isn't featured in UK Spotify Weekly Top 200, but, on a brighter note it's at
#120 in UK Daily Spotify Chart
So, at least it's making inroads in the streaming front.
It's a real shame Radio hasn't kicked in. Bar the 2 plays Radio 2 gave it following it's launch & 1 play by MFR FM (dunno who they are), the only station that's been playing it are 'Heat Radio' - they seem to be giving it a single spin most days.

I like that it drops in ITunes went down to 104 but rebounded up to 88th again... shows it is getting a few sales when it is being heard. Radio play or lack of it is really hurting this, that's why I have a feeling they are holding radio play back? surely local radio stations would play it if it had been pushed

Ireland is a pretty small market. The itunes positions are more volatile at the lower end as it takes relatively few sales to move a track up and down the rankings

However, it's free-falling on UK iTunes now, streaming is declining too.
Still no word of the remixes & radio isn't playing it - not looking too promising at the minute

If they are making a big thing of Giorgio touring in Aus with Kylie then I presume then that is another month away etc so I doubt the song is not going away. I could be wrong. I got a re-tweet from G Moroders twitter account when I asked if remixes where coming soon.........

you usually get few surprises at Brits..... but yes I agree doubtful and rumour is Parlophone are not happy that Kylie is not nominated this year...........so she may not even be there....
I would like to see a live performance of it somewhere.... but not sure it will. lets see.
As usual it needs Giorgio and Kylie fans to just buy the EP... for some reason people aren't..... and then they complain when she fails....

yes they failed with KMO still she could have got a nomination they (the people behind the scenes) usually quite like her and 77k sales isn't a total disaster... Cheryl Cole and Jessie J have hardly sold more etc

don't worry... it is not done...
I expect another bunch of remixes to come out and an appearance on The Voice in late March live shows when done in Aus..... the 7th Heaven mix is not out yet and this was kept a big secret so I feel a new remix bundle coming in time for promo with KMO DVD etc
His album is out 13th April so unless he sends out another song before hand then he will still promote RHRN and the fact he is touring with kylie in Aus....... its surely no coincidence..
why would BBC radio 2 playlist it 3 weeks in a row in 'B' when it is not selling... I feel they are still going to try and get a1 week at least top 75
1 question..... they DVD/CD of KMO I guess doesn't count for the Album chart? so just the digital download I gues will count? grrrrrrr
