I weirdly had the exact same thought process as Jade, was gonna say Medhelnia then switched to one that debuted this year as I didn't know if people would remember Medhelnia's debut was that recent! Just went with my fave debut nation of 2017, yay for Jade and Rollo himself getting me some points

Technically if a song has been already confirmed, it has kind of been sent before haha.
