We don't care what people say | 16 // Bad Kids // 7.07 Quite a big jump in average now. 'Bad Kids' is out next and the lowest ranked song from the standard tracklist. The song was inspired by the many stories of Little Monsters that Gaga had heard while on The Monster Ball Tour, and the song acts as a tribute to their stories. There was an extended version added to the lyric book of the album however this version never surfaced. Gaga stated that she wanted to perform it on tour but it never was done. The opening to the song is inspired by Michael Jackson's 'They Don't Care About Us' and offers a rebellious introduction to the fierce song. |

'Bad Kids' has never been a favourite of mine but it has gone up slightly in my favours very recently. Still there is only one track I would have below it from the standard tracklist (a song that is still yet to fall out )

I have fought for how I love you | 15 // Americano // 7.07 (more 11s) With more top scores, Americano sneaks into 15th place! Gaga's first proper collaboration with Garibay and DJ White Shadow, the song is what the American Dream means to Gaga. It also represented immigration laws in the US, gay marriage rights and more to do with disenfranchised communities in America. Gaga revealed at the Born This Way press conference in Mexico City that there were two versions of the song: one is a mariachi and techno version that is bilingual, while the other is an extended, mariachi only version where Gaga is singing completely in Spanish. |

No surprises here with BK and Americano. The latter has grown a but, but still not my faves.

Neither are essential and one is actually the one song I could skip on the album

The killer queen inside me is coming to say hello | 14 // The Queen // 7.10 Out next we lose another bonus track! During a date at The Monster Ball, Gaga revealed a lyric from the song. She stated on Twitter that the song was about bravery and wanting to be unafraid. She dedicated the song to the LGBT community at The Born This Way Ball and in particular was also dedicated to Jamey Rodemeyer, an American teenager who was known for his activism against homophobia and his videos on YouTube to help victims of homophobic. He later committed suicide and Gaga performed the song in his honour. |

I think the fact that it's a bonus track didn't help?

We can be strong out on this lonely road | 13 // Highway Unicorn (Road To Love) // 7.30 The Springsteen inspired techno banger drops out next. Gaga revealed on Twitter that the song was about herself, traveling on the road with nothing but a dream and so it was with no doubt that it was decided to open the Born This Way Ball with Gaga adorned on top of a gigantic mechanical horse. It's a song about bravery, love, loneliness - a true explicit representation of what the album means and stands for. |

Not that fond of Highway Unicorn but yes, it opened the tour and represents the essence of the album sonically.

My body is sanctuary | 12 // Electric Chapel // 7.37 Next out we lose the electrifying Electric Chapel! An instrumental for the song was featured in Gagavision 44 and the song title appeared in the music video for Judas. Gaga stated that the song was about a place where her fans can go and about needing to feel safe, finding love. The electronic rock, glam metal song merged genres from 80s pop music to heavy metal to give the roaring fist-pumping song we have here. |

There's no denying that production on this one!! I think it's a fair few places too high in my opinion though
