BB1 I didnt really watch, I dipped in and out of it, it was BB2 when I really really got into it as I loved Helen. If Nick had done what he did in any other series the housemates wouldnt have been so easy on him, how they handled it was done well and fair play to Craig in the way he dealt with it.

Are they going to show any BB2? That was the best series for me (and the best winner).
The best episode was BB5’s Fight Night of course though! |

I’m intrigued at seeing some of these episodes again but I’m currently rewatching s7 on Blagger TV so I don’t wanna get confused and watch more than one at a time. Hopefully they’ll remain on the planner for a while.
Big Brother will never be what it was like in the glory days and I’ve definitely accepted that. I mean I get that times change and times rightfully so but if anything most of these episodes will just show how amazing a show this once was. S7 gets a warning before each episode though but the language used couldn’t be used now! To be fair re Nikki it wasn’t just Sam she was mean to / about. She was actually really petty and childish towards a lot of people but at the same time her rants and over-dramatics were funny. Sam from that series (the transgender contestant) now lives back as a male and didn’t end up transitioning. Unfortunately what she said to Sam at that time was probably something viewers would’ve probably thought themselves as it wasn’t really discussed in the media what it was like to be trans or struggling with gender identity if someone went into the house on that series and was saying I’m gender fluid or something they’d probably have gotten annihilated but I think it just shows progression. Big Brother though I’d argue was rather pivotal on TV for showing the trans community. I mean when you think BB5, 6 and 7 all had a transgender contestant in the cast and it was also quite pivotal for casting gay and lesbian housemates too and also housemates of different ethnicities too so whilst there was some derogatory comments made I think it should be celebrated for being bold enough to include housemates at the time when it wasn’t socially acceptable to be a certain way. (Is that the right word.. like I don’t mean it is that but at the time it was like way harder to be a minority group than it is now that’s what I’m meaning) |

It would've been cute had they done an episode from each series, but I have no idea what they would show for BB4, but they could always skip that one, just so there was a sense of some sort of pattern. They all feel random as hell otherwise.

Just caught up and omg that confrontation scene was a lot more gripping than I expected considering I KNOW what happened and it’s just about showing people some names. The amount of lying he did omg. I can only imagine how it must have been for those watching at the time - it reminds me of the Doctor Foster dinner table scene!!

This was the second celebrity series that I watched. To me that was the best celebrity series of the Channel 4 era.

This is the best Celebrity season ever and this episode reminds us why. Chantelle and her task were pure genius. Also Pete Burns is simply the best Celeb housemate ever - his constant sharp tongue was TV gold.

Have to agree this was the best Celeb series, I'd say Pete is the best ever and Chantelle second in terms of CBB housemates to me. Putting a non celebrity in to infiltrate the series and have her try and "win" her spot in there was such a genius twist, back when the twists actually meant something and had an impact!
What was wrong with Traci Bingham?? She was all right. I found really flimsy and just pointless tbh, she would never say anything that really meant anything or would take any side and I think that's worse in some cases than a housemate being objectionable or nasty or argumentative. |

It's amazing what you could get away with in 2006.

I can't at Michael Barrymore's Hitler omg, if they can show that they can show Fight Night. I literally had NO recollection of him doing that :/
