Nelly's UK release "In Gods Hands" climbs 4 places to reach the number 2 position probably the best single from her Loose album apart from "All Good Things". Groove Armada with Mutya are strong contestants to knock of Umbrella from Rihanna in the top 40, I am so gald that this song has got released the only reason why I bought the album really. Lily and Amy both make the top 10 with "Oh My God" and "TDDOTO". And 21st centuary Spice Girls, Girls Aloud make another super poppy rocky tune with Sexy! No No No I can't wait for it's release but its so far away The Number Ones!! Kate Nash - Foundation (Taken From The Future Album "Made Of Bricks") |

The latest US release Do It and previous track Say It Right. And Nelly's moving In Gods Hands bags her the number one knocking Kate Nash of the top who has fallen a massive 11 places to number 12. The now pregnant Aguilera has got the highest climbing point for this week when it was in danger of falling of the chart but now has reached a respectable number 2 spot with here latest single Slow Down Baby which is so sexy and is one of jazziest tracks from the Back To Basics album. With two lovely ladies at the top there's also Rihanna making it a girl power top 3 with here new song Shut Up And Drive obviously not going to do better than Umbrella which is now the biggest 21st century song. And at number four is the legend that is Timbaland well known for working with Nelly Furtado and Justin Timberlake and also the queen of pop herself Madonna! Has once again topped the top 40 with The Way I Are after his previous number one with Nelly F and JT on Give It To Me, not only that it knocked Rihanna of the top spot (thank god!) and at number 5 is Amy Winehouse's latest offering from her album Back To Black. Tears Don't Dry On There Own is my second favourite song from her after Back To Black and I hope does well in the top 40. The Number Ones Kate Nash - Foundations (2 Weeks) Nelly Furtado - In Gods Hands |

Chart Commentary So we have a brand new number one once again, not hards guessing what this weeks number one. It's Britney's latest single Gimme More! bursting from top 3 to get the number one spot of the Sugababes!!! Theres also an amazing change with Rihanna's Shut Up and Drive which has re entered my chart when it was falling slowly down the chart. But back to the rest of the top 3 and Kate Nash is in at number 2 with latest single Mouthwash, I love this song so much because it so incrediably random and Sugababes fall 2 places to settle with single About You Now. The top 5 is also filled with some amazing songs with Aly & AJ and Gwen Stefani! So once again it's a Girl Power top 5! Your probably wondering were all the men are? So at number one it's Kate Nash with one of the cutest and fuuniest albums of 07 I think with hits including "Mouthwash" and tracks like "Mariella". The Radio 1 album also appears on the chart (put in there by me) you got to love these covers on the album, my highlights include "Fast Car" from Mutya Buena and "Teenage Dirtbag" from GA. And new Sugababe album is in here. A great collection of pop tracks which includes the latest number one "About You Now" |

Adam's Friday Chart 18/10/07
Chart Commentary! So last week the pop dolls Sugababes got back the number one spot with "About You Now" written by Cathy Denis who wrote famous hits for P!nk, Kelly Clarkson, Kylie and Britney Spears. Speaking of Kylie and Britney there still in the top 3! Britney being a non mover and Kylie moves up one, which means! A BRAND NEW NUMBER ONE for Kylie! 2 Hearts is kylie's first commercial single after 2005 (and we all know what happened there). Getting mixed reviews from fans I certainly think it's one of Kylie's best 21st centuary tracks! Now at the number 2 the pop tastic single which is "About You Now" falls down 1 into number 2 after 3 weeks of the number one spot. And poor Britney Spears is 3 in my top 3 with amazing single "Gimme More" which is still massive in America, no doubt it'll have the same effect here, but she hasnt had it easy for the last few days espcially getting officaly banned from seeing her children and forgetting to wear pants again . Blackout is the name of the new album which is going to a massive success i can feel it. Now as for the rest of the top 5 MIKA's best song from his "Life In Cartoon Motion" album "Happy Ending" rises 1 place to number four which makes Mark Ronson fall one plave to number 5 with "Valarie". My song to look out for is "Bleeding Love" from Leona Lewis as it getting higher and higher making number 6 today and new single from Celine Dion "Taking Chances". So lets crack on 1) Kylie Minogue - 2 Hearts (2-1) 2) Sugababes - About You Now (1-1-3-1-2) 3) Britney Spears - Gimme More (4-2-1-3-3) 4) MIKA - Happy Ending (6-5-4) 5) Mark Ronson - Valarie (9-10-4-5) 6) Leona Lewis - Bleeding Love (20-7-6) 7) Take That - Rule The World (20-7) 8) Avril Lavigne - Hot (8-8) 9) Celine Dion - Taking Chances 10) McFly - Heart Never Lies (32-10) 11) Girls Aloud - Sexy! No No No (7-9-18-27-12-3-3-12-6-11) 12) Freemasons - Univited 13) Natasha Bedingfield - Say It Again (24-x-9-13) 14) Feist - 1234 (10-14) 15) Common; Lilly Allen - Drivin Me Wild 16) Fedde Le Grand - Let Me Think About It (18-16) 17) Melanie C - This Time (5-5-7-19-22-34-17) 18) Manic Street Preachers - Indian Summer 19) Jennifer Lopez - Do It Well (14-16-15-19) 20) Samands - Barbie Girls (13-20) 21) Alicia Keys - No One (39-21) 22) Gwen Stefani - Now That You Got It (26-27-8-6-5-19-22) 23) Gabriel - Why? (17-13-14-23) 24) Annie Lenox - Sing 25) Fergie Clumsy 26) Plain White T's - Hey There Delilah (7-5-14-27-x-17-26) 27) Robyn - Handle Me (37-27) 28) Nelly Furtado - In Gods Hands (6-2-1-1-2-8-10-12-14-28-28) (Legendary Song On This Chart!) 29) Roisin Murphy - Let Me Know (22-29) 30) Aly & AJ - Potential Break Up Song (21-20-4-21-30) 31) Jennifer Lopez - In These Shoes 32) Hoosiers - Goodbye Mr A 33) Robyn - With Every Heartbeat (9-1-3-6-16-19-23-33) 34) Girls Aloud - Call The Shots (30-34) 35) Scouting For Girls - She's So Lovely (11-25-35) 36) Rihanna - Shut Up And Drive (3-4-20-19-22-15-9-11-36) 37) Orson - Ain't No Party (16-37) 38) Kate Nash - Mouthwash (39-11-5-2-29-38) 39) Booty Luv - Don't Mess With My Man (7-4-7-12-39) 40) Sugababes - Change Number Ones Kate Nash - Foundations (Taken From The Album "Made Of Bricks) Kate Nash - Foundations (Taken From The Album "Made Of Bricks) Nelly Furtado - In Gods Hands (Taken From The Album "Loose") Nelly Furtado - In Gods Hands (Taken From The Album "Loose") Robyn - With Every Heartbeat (Taken From The Album "Robyn") KT Tunstall - Hold On (Taken From The Album "Drastic Fantastic") Sugababes - About You Now (Taken From The Album "Change") Britney Spears - Gimme More (Taken From The Album "Blackout") Sugababes - About You Now (Taken From The Album "Change") Kylie Minogue - 2 Hearts (Taken From The Album "X") Album Commentary Kate Nash's lovely album "Made Of Bricks" get completely knocked of the op 10 this weeks and taking her top spot is the lady who's behind the Eurythmics and her own amazing solo stuff Annie Lenox. "Songs Of Mass Destruction" is one of the most amazing albums I have heard from a woman like her since "Confessions On A Dance Floor" from Madonna who is featured in the song"Sing" along with 22 other ladies of pop including Fergie, Anastacia, Joss Stone and KT Tunstall. At number 2 the sugababes clime up with there latest number one album "Change" and at number 3 Melanie C's "This Time" album makes an amazing entry! 1) Annie Lenox - Songs Of Mass Destruction 2) Sugababes - Change (4-2) 3) Melanie C. - This Time 4) KT Tunstall - Drastic Fantastic 5) Va - Radio 1: Establised 1967 (3-5) 6) Jamelai - Greatest Hits (2-6) 7) Kelly Clarkson - My December (6-7) 8) Britney Spears - Blackout (Based On Leaked Songs) 9) Gwen Stefani - The Sweet Escape (5-9) 10) Madonna - Confessions On A Dance (9-10) |

5/1/08 - Week 1 of 2008
Chart Commentary A new year has begun and the chart is up and running again, however I am posting it because I am off to Wales and wont have the internet (I don't know how I am going to survive) so here it is on a Thursday. So when we last left off the Spice Girls were my number one but that's changed completly with one of my favourite solo stars ever. Mutya has had hits with "Real Girl", "Song 4 Mutya" and has had a bit of a flop with her 3rd "Just A Little Bit". But "B Boy Baby" is deffinatly going to be one of her best hits yet because of catchy beat and funky lyrics oh and also had Amy Winehouse singing parts of the song and I love it. Just missing out on the top is Miss American Dream Since She Was 17 Britney with her next single "Piece Of Me" which is alot better than her comeback single "Gimme More" and the video is just amazing! And at number 3 is Girl Powers biggest sellers the Spice Girls with "Headlines" which didn't even make top 10 in the UK but has been a former Friday Chart Number One! There are quite a few late new entries and a few dramatic drops. So lets crack on shall we? 1. Mutya Buena - B Boy Baby 2. Britney Spears - Peice Of Me (21-2) 3. Hello everyone, welcome to this weeks Friday Chart. Last week "Love Like This" was number one track! But a new week means a new number one! Rihanna takes 2nd place at the moment with "Take A Bow" another great slow song but obviously not about love, but takes after Madonna's "Take A Bow" mixed with her own "Unfaithful". And Madonna takes 3rd place with "4 Minutes" So probably no number one for her madjesty now then. 4th place goes to pop sensation Alphabeat with there 2nd single and 5th place goes to Sam Sparrow with "Black & Gold" 1. The Feeling (Join With Us), Madonna (Give It 2 Me), Freemasons (When You Touch Me), Alanis Morrisette (Underneath) or Britney Spears (Radar). Former number Britney single Break The Ice was number one but where is it, what new entries have come into the chart and who stole my grape juice nearly all these questions shall be answered in todays chart
1. Britney Spears - Radar (30-1) 2. Britney Spears - Break The Ice (13-8-1-2) 3. The Feeling - Join With Us 4. Madonna - Give It 2 Me (26-4) 5. Celine Dion - Alone (34-13-5) 6. Alanis Morrisette - Underneath 7. Freemasons - Whn You Touch Me 8. Kylie Minogue - The One (Album Version) 9. Duffy - Warwick Avenue (24-4-9) 10 Will.I.Am/Cheryl Cole - Heartbreaker (14-12-10) 11. Ne-Yo - Closer 12. Mariah Carey - Bye Bye (29-12) 13. Kylie Minogue - In My Arms (26-12-6-8-13) 14. The Ting Tings - That's Not My Name (36-6-14) 15. September - Cry For You (14-10-15) 16. Rihanna - Take A Bow (2-3-16) 17. The Pussycat Dolls - When I Grow Up 18. Katy Perry - I Kissed A Girl 19. The Ting Tings - Shut Up And Let Me Go 20. Madonna/Justin Timberlake - 4 Minutes (2-3-17) 21. Goldfrapp - Happiness (7-2-21) 22. Goldfrapp - Caravan Girl 23. Coldplay - Viva La Vida 24. Gabriella Cilmi - Sweet About Me (21-24) 25. Estelle - No Substitute Love 31. Natasha Bedingfield - Pocketful Of Sunshine 32. Kelly Rowland/Travis McCoy - Daylight (9-9-32) 33. Estelle/Kanye West - American Boy (6-20-27) 34. Coldplay - Violet Hill (31-31-34) 35. Melanie C - Carolyna (33-35-36-37-35) 36. Nelly/Fergie - Party People 37. Sara Bareilles - Love Song 38. Keri Hilson - Energy 39. Natasha Bedingfield - Love Like This (1-15-30) 40. Mariah Carey/Fatman Scoop - Touch My Body (3-16-24-40) It's Been A While: Commentary Alot of changes since the last chart, change usually means good! We start of with this weeks number one Britney Spears makes her second apperance this year with 4th singe Radar (The Perfect Britney Song) Knocking herself the top spot with Break The Ice!. But could she still be there next week? With hot new singles making the top 10 already. Alanis, Freemasons, Kylie & The Feeling are all amazing songs, also fighting for next weeks number one is Madonna, with funky "Give It 2 Me" who didn't succed to get a number one with 4 Minutes. The rest of the new entries seem to have a American/Leaked vibe with songs like Keri Hilson, The Pussycat Dolls and Katy Perry charting this week. Also i'm sorry to say that one of the charts biggest songs has passed on! In God's Hands by Nelly Furtado has fallen out of the charts after 2 weeks at number one last year and then slowly falling! We'll miss thee (who knows it might re-enter ) |

And there are few changes in this weeks chart with another brand new number one (can you believe it) But who is it this week, well it's a female (Madonna, Celine or Alanis) and there Canadian (Meaning no Number one for Madonna) So this week's battle goes to Alanis & Celine. Alanis's new single "Underneath" is one of her best ever and gives out a real message and I love her in the video for it. Also battling for number one is "Alone" a cover from Celine Dion, it's covered beautifuly and is the standout track on her latest album. Of course in the UK Charts these two may never ever have another hit so they should be thankful they are so high in my chart So ladies and gentlemen it's time to find who's number one
