Spotify Numbers in comparison to last week to give a rough idea on whether a song has increased or not:
Dinner Guest: -85,000 streams Kings & Queens: -3,000 Someone to You: -7,000 Be Kind: -12,000 Flowers: +3,000 Party Girl: +34,000 (unsure as to whether this was combined with the remix this week but wasn’t last week) ily: -14,000 |

The 3 weeks of consecutive decline rule isn’t entirely working in my opinion. You have Perfect which is avoiding because its streams are more or less unchanged week on week, but the point is that they’re only at a tiny fraction of their peak level and so it should be on ACR. Meanwhile other songs are being cut off after 3 weeks of very slight decline while still in their prime.
I think something like 9+ weeks on the chart and streams below 70% of their peak level would be a better rule. |

Can someone remind me why Perfect has so far avoided permanent ACR despite passing the three year SCR threshold from release?
