Very glad this is getting a 30th anniversary edition this Fall
Easily my favourite Cure album... it's the perfect mix of upbeat numbers like Friday I'm in Love and more dark somber numbers (probably my favourites) like Apart, Trust or To Wish Impossible Things Apart Friday I'm in Love To Wish Impossible Things Any fans of Wish? |

The 3 somber songs you mention are devastatingly bleak. Apart is astonishing. There's not much else that moves me on Wish, though.
