I think Kodaline's The One is too good to miss the top 40.

Hi guys! First time hosting so please be kind!

Ouch at those 2005 sales! People, myself included, always refer to 2003/4 as the worst years sales-wise but I think 2005 takes that record quite easily.

It still completely bamboozles me that Scouting For Girls actually went to #1 5 years ago with their dire cover of The Feeling's 'Never Be Lonely'.

Would like to see Nick Jonas get to #1 today but it's not gonna happen, #2 is still great though. Hoping Pep & Rash get a decent position, I'm quite digging it.

How many times has Kid Ink flopped just in the past two years?

Posted by: Mart!n 12th April 2015, 02:36 PM

Is Scott Mills standing in till the summer, seems Clara has only done half a dozen at the most

Posted by: Chez Wombat 12th April 2015, 02:36 PM

Jess for number 1 plz, Jealous is OK-ish but not really worthy of number 1 at all for me. I don't think there's much else of note for this week, but Lean On to go top 20 hopefully!

Clara might as well be the stand-in for Scott the amount of shows she's actually done laugh.gif Are they just not bothering with her any more until the chart changes in the summer?

Will be interesting to see the effect. Gnarls Barkely was 2006 tho right?

The top 40 as a whole will be genuinely interesting this week!

Clara is in for next week.

But Clara was in for this week when I looked at the schedule last week.

Probably not as many as Kylie Minogue.

Ooooh, I just realised any week now it'll be 5 years since this:

Interesting that Scott filled in the chart for Mark Goodier on this week in 2000.

I guess she doesn't feel the need to be as dedicated if it's only now a short stint as host that she's doing. That or she's just hiked off for Easter holidays laugh.gif

Biography
Alessandro Lindblad, more commonly known as Alesso, was a DJ and dance music producer from Stockholm, Sweden. His career quickly gained mainstream recognition for his remixes of Tiësto, Swedish House Mafia, and Avicii, as well as his own productions. His first major achievement was in 2011 when his remix of Nadia Ali's track "Pressure" was one of the most successful EDM tracks of the year. Later in the same year, he placed in DJ Mag's Top 100 list, debuting at number 70. Early 2012 started well for him also, when he was named one of MTV's "one to watch," making his first BBC Radio 1 essential mix, and earning the track of the year award on Zane Lowe's prime-time Radio 1 slot for the single "Calling (Lose My Mind)." He also managed to move up many places in DJ Mag's DJ of the Year listings to number 20. He leaped to major success when he achieved a U.K. chart number one with his collaborative single "Under Control" alongside Calvin Harris and Hurts. - iTunes

Biography
MMeghan Elizabeth Trainor (born December 22, 1993) is an American singer-songwriter and record producer. She began singing at the age of 6 and songwriting at age 11. She later became a member of a band called Island Fusion and a jazz band at high school. At the age of 15, she produced and released a self-titled album. She then attended the Berklee College of Music and found success at a variety of songwriting contests across the United States. In 2011, she released two acoustic albums, I'll Sing with You and Only 17. The latter earned her a song publishing deal with Big Yellow Dog Music, where she wrote for Rascal Flatts and Sabrina Carpenter, among others.

In February 2014, Trainor was signed to Epic Records by L.A. Reid after performing her song "All About That Bass" on the ukulele for him. The song was later championed by Reid as Trainor's debut single and saw a release on June 30, 2014. "All About That Bass" became a best-selling single, going to number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 for eight consecutive weeks. The single preceded Trainor's debut EP, Title, which debuted at number 15 on the Billboard 200 in September 2014. Her second single, "Lips Are Movin", marked her second consecutive top five hit on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at number four. Her debut album, also named Title, was released on January 9, 2015. The album debuted at number one on the Billboard 200.

Trainor's music is predominantly bubblegum pop, blue-eyed soul, doo-wop, and pop in sound. Her lyrics mainly deal with subjects of 21st century womanhood, though her work as been criticized as not being progressive. Her work has been recognized with a variety of award nominations, including Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "All About That Bass" at the 57th Annual Grammy Awards.

I'm sure the video will probably upset previous critics even more with the traditional gender roles!

Anyway, this is okay but I'm really not feeling it like her previous two singles. Maybe finally bored of the same formula?

I can't believe how this actually could be be Dance With Me Tonight...what a horrible start to the chart

Both this and 'Lips Are Movin' have been 100 times better than her first single, should I give the album a go?

Lol, Olly Murs' team should actually sue for this, the melody in the chorus is identical laugh.gif

But I do like that song, so this is actually quite good from her on first listen.

I can only hear Dance With Me Tonight now after seeing the comparisons.

Anyway, I think this might actually be a new low for Meghan with those cringy lyrics. :/

Biography
Taylor Alison Swift (born December 13, 1989) is an American singer-songwriter. Raised in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, Swift moved to Nashville, Tennessee at the age of fourteen to pursue a career in country music. She signed with the independent label Big Machine Records and became the youngest songwriter ever hired by the Sony/ATV Music publishing house. The release of Swift's eponymous debut album in 2006 established her as a country music star. "Our Song", her third single, made her the youngest person to single-handedly write and perform a number one song on the country chart. She received a Best New Artist nomination at the 2008 Grammy Awards.

Swift's second album, Fearless, was released in 2008. Buoyed by the pop crossover success of the singles "Love Story" and "You Belong with Me", Fearless became the best-selling album of 2009 and was supported by an extensive concert tour. The record won four Grammy Awards, with Swift becoming the youngest ever Album of the Year winner. Swift's third album, 2010's Speak Now, sold over one million copies in its first week of US release and was supported by the Speak Now World Tour. The album's third single, "Mean", won two Grammy Awards. Swift's fourth album, Red, was released in 2012. Its opening US sales of 1.2 million were the highest recorded in a decade, with Swift becoming the only female artist to have two million-plus opening weeks. The singles "We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together" and "I Knew You Were Trouble" were worldwide hits. The Red Tour is visiting worldwide venues in 2013 and 2014.

Swift is known for her narrative songs about her experiences as a teenager and young adult. As a songwriter, she has been honored by the Nashville Songwriters Association and the Songwriters Hall of Fame. Swift's other achievements include seven Grammy Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, eleven American Music Awards, eleven Country Music Association Awards and six Academy of Country Music Awards. She has sold over 26 million albums and 75 million digital single downloads worldwide. Forbes estimates that she is worth over $220 million. In addition to her music career, Swift has appeared as an actress in the ensemble comedy Valentine's Day (2010) and the animated film The Lorax (2012). As a philanthropist, Swift supports arts education, children's literacy, natural disaster relief, LGBT anti-discrimination efforts, and charities for sick children.

Biography
Although the first solo single from soul-inspired, London-born artist Sam Smith was issued in early 2013, it was his soaring vocal contribution to Disclosure's October 2012 U.K. garage track "Latch" which brought him to most people's attention. For most of his teens, Smith balanced study with music, soaking in the raw and passionate approach to performance exemplified by his favorite artists at that time such as Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, and Chaka Khan. "Latch" hit the upper reaches of the U.K. singles chart when Smith was 21, and many were surprised when his debut solo track took a more tempered path. The production on February 2013's "Lay Me Down" — also courtesy of the ordinarily dancefloor-focused duo Disclosure — recalled the stripped-back material that had proved successful for Adele in the preceding years. Next, Shahid Khan — aka Naughty Boy — decided to follow his Emeli Sandé-fronted U.K. Top Ten hit "Wonder" with the infectious, Bollywood sample-driven "La La La." Featuring Smith's powerful lead vocal, it became an instant May 2013 U.K. number one single following his spring tour in support of Sandé. - iTunes

Biography
With a "cheeky chappy" persona to match Robbie Williams and vocals reminiscent of original Pop Idol Will Young, former call-center worker Olly Murs was one of the success stories of the 2009 season of The X Factor, finishing runner-up to Joe McElderry in the hotly contested final. Born in Essex in 1984, Murs showed little interest in singing while at school, focusing his attention on football, where he played for the school team and later semi-professionally for local non-league team Witham Town. In 2007, he appeared on Deal or No Deal, where he won a lowly Ł10, but it was his performance of Stevie Wonder's "Superstition" on the sixth series of The X Factor that enabled him to show off his talents. Mentored by Simon Cowell in the live stages, he wowed judges with renditions of songs by the Beatles, Queen, and George Michael and soon became the favorite to win the show. However, despite a duet with musical hero Robbie Williams in the final, Murs finished a respectable second. In 2010, he signed a six-figure record deal with Epic/Syco Music and embarked on the sold-out X Factor arena tour. After being personally invited by Williams to play at the televised charity football event Soccer Aid, Murs released his first single, the Jason Mraz-inspired "Please Don't Let Me Go," in August. His debut album, featuring songs written by Eg White, Scouting for Girls' Roy Stride, and Wayne Hector, was released in 2010. The record produced three U.K. Top 20 singles, with "Thinking of Me" and "Heart on My Sleeve" racking up chart positions alongside the debut number one "Please Don't Let Me Go."

Murs took a short break from his musical career in late 2011 to present the eighth season of The Xtra Factor — a spinoff behind-the-scenes look at The X Factor — returning to the program that shot him to fame. His experience with the dynamics involved in the show and his upbeat character made him a firm favorite with the audience — as well as flirty co-presenter Caroline Flack. During the recording of each show, Murs was working on songs for his second album with writers Steve Robson (Lily Allen, James Morrison) and Claude Kelly (Kelly Clarkson, Backstreet Boys). The first single from his second record, "Heart Skips a Beat," featuring U.K. hip-hop duo Rizzle Kicks, was released in summer 2011 and swiftly became a hit. The full release, In Case You Didn't Know, followed in November and secured his first U.K. number one album. The following year, Murs opened for sprightly boy band One Direction on their North American tour and re-released the "Heart Skips a Beat" single, replacing Rizzle Kicks with Philadelphia rap duo Chiddy Bang, to coincide with the shows. Also in 2012, Murs released his third studio album, Right Place Right Time, which included the single "Troublemaker," featuring rapper Flo Rida.

iTunes Editors' Notes
At least Ł0.54 for each download of the single "Lay Me Down (feat. John Legend)" by Sam Smith will go to Comic Relief, registered charity No 326568 (England & Wales) and No SC039730 (Scotland).

- iTunes

Touch wood that this is possibly just a few more weeks of Sam Smith in the top 40 at all? ohmy.gif Not that they won't return at some point, but small mercies etc.

Oh I thought this was the original, HA at that drop!

Posted by: Jade 12th April 2015, 03:48 PM

Oh this IS the John Legend version! Only a double of Sam Smith today then, Buzzjack rejoices!

Posted by: Yorkie2 12th April 2015, 03:48 PM

Could this have the shortest stay in the top 40 ever for a two-week #1? That's very un-Sam Smith-like!

Biography
Born in 1977, Dan Stein, aka DJ Fresh, is one of the most influential figures on the U.K. drum'n'bass scene. Influenced by tapes brought back from illegal raves by older friends, he bought his first turntables in his teens, and while at university, started playing late-night sets on local pirate radio stations. In 1999, as part of the drum'n'bass collective Bad Company, he founded record label BC Recordings and the scene's most popular website, Dogs on Acid. After leaving to pursue a solo career, he remixed tracks for Pet Shop Boys, DJ Shadow, and Apollo 440, and founded the Breakbeat Punk label, which later merged with Adam F's Kaos Recordings to become Breakbeat Kaos. In 2006, he released his debut album, Escape from Planet Monday, and four years later, follow-up Kryptonite produced his first hit single, "Gold Dust," which reached number 24. Building on the commercial success that Kryptonite brought, DJ Fresh released the single Louder, the track - used in a Lucozade advertising campaign - became the first dubstep single to reach the top of the UK singles chart. 2012 saw the release of Fresh’s third studio album, Nextlevelism, which featured collaborations with Rita Ora, Dizzee Rascal and Juliette Lewis. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes

Simon Bates missed 1980 & 1981, as no one filled in for Tony Blackburn, he did all editions in the 2 1/2 years he did it (He did have the advantage of possibly pre recording a show back in them days as it was a chart repeat)

Biography
"Cheerleader" is a 2012 Jamaican reggae song by reggae/soul/urban pop artist OMI (Omar Samuel Pasley) on Oufah Records.

In 2014 it was remixed by German DJ and music producer Felix Jaehn and released by Sony Music[1] as "Cheerleader" (Felix Jaehn Remix). This version went on to become a number-one hit in Australia, Austria, Belgium (Flanders), Denmark, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. It also serves as the theme song to a bollywood fusion dance team called WashU Chaahat. The trumpet in this song was played by Leonard Bywa.

- iTunes

Biography
Kelly Brianne Blackstock (née Clarkson; born April 24, 1982), is an American singer-songwriter and occasional actress. In 2002, she came to prominence after winning the first season of American Idol, and has since been established as "The Original American Idol". Her debut single, "A Moment Like This", topped the US Billboard Hot 100 and broke the record for the biggest jump to number one in the chart's history; it became the best-selling single of the year in the country.[citation needed] She became the runner-up of World Idol the following year.

Clarkson's debut studio album, Thankful (2003), has been certified 2× platinum and sold over 4.5 million copies internationally. Its lead single, "Miss Independent", became an international hit, earning Clarkson her first Grammy nomination. She developed a rock-oriented sound with her second album, Breakaway (2004). It was certified 6× platinum and sold over 15 million copies worldwide, earning Clarkson two Grammy Awards, including one for the hit single "Since U Been Gone". She took full creative direction of her third album, My December (2007). Its lead single, "Never Again", became a top ten hit. Clarkson's fourth album, All I Ever Wanted (2009), became a critical and commercial success. Its worldwide hit single, "My Life Would Suck Without You", surpassed "A Moment Like This" for the biggest leap to number one on a single week in the history of the Billboard Hot 100 Chart from number 97, a record it still holds today. Her fifth album, Stronger (2011), generated international chart-topping singles "Mr. Know It All" and "Stronger (What Doesn't Kill You)", with the latter being the second-best selling American Idol single to date with over four million downloads in the U.S. The album won the Grammy Award for Best Pop Vocal Album, making Clarkson the first and only artist to win the award twice. In 2012, Clarkson released Greatest Hits – Chapter One; its lead single, "Catch My Breath", is her twenty-fourth entry on the Hot 100 and her eleventh million-selling single.

Clarkson has sold over 20 million albums worldwide. In a career spanning over a decade, Clarkson has accumulated ninety-one number ones on the Billboard charts, and eleven number one singles worldwide. She is known for her vocal versatility and range. Her music has mainly dealt with themes of heartbreak, independence, and self-empowerment for women and young teens. Apart from her work in music, Clarkson has also ventured into television and film. Clarkson's film debut was in the romantic musical From Justin to Kelly (2003) and she also appeared in American Dreams as Brenda Lee, in Reba, on The Voice as a guest advisor, on Duets as a mentor and judge. Clarkson's musical work has also gained her numerous accolades, including three Grammy Awards, three MTV Video Music Awards, twelve Billboard Music Awards, four American Music Awards and a Women's World Award. In 2012, Clarkson was ranked nineteenth on VH1's list of "100 Greatest Women in Music." In 2013, Clarkson was ranked number 105 on Joel Whitburn's "Top 500 Artists Of All Time," and number 75 on Billboard's "Hot 100: Top 100 Artists." Billboard also ranked Clarkson as the 14th-best-selling artist of the 2000s and one of the top 200 album sellers of the Nielsen SoundScan era at number 187.

Biography
Cleverly using dance music blogs as the platform to launch his career, Tim Berg, aka Avicii, has since become one of the most prominent producers on the burgeoning Swedish house scene. Born in Stockholm in 1989, Berg only started making music at the age of 18, writing and remixing tracks in his bedroom and then leaking them onto various blogs. Influenced by Daft Punk and Steve Angello, his melodic house sound gained a huge following, and led to support from Tiësto, who invited him to perform a weekly residency at Privilege in Ibiza, and Pete Tong, who released first single "Manman" through his Bedroom Bedlam label. After he remixed tracks for Little Boots, Robyn, and Dizzee Rascal, Berg's first mainstream release, the Ministry of Sound instrumental "Seek Bromance," became a huge hit across Europe and later in the U.K., thanks to a vocal version featuring Amanda Wilson. In 2012 he released the song "2 Million" after reaching that number of followers on Facebook, while his single "Le7els" and its accompanying video were nominated at that year's MTV Music Video Awards. Towards the end of 2012 he released his highly-anticipated collaboration single with Nicky Romero. "I Could Be The One" was a smash hit and was featured heavily on reality TV shows and radio play across Europe. In 2013, Avicii teamed up with Ericsson and creates the first "crowdsourced" track which enabled the producer to connect to fans and promote his brand. The single "3 Million" was released to celebrate the 3 millionth fan on his Facebook page. "Le7els" was nominated for the Best Dance Recording at the 2013 Grammys but lost out to Skrillex & Sirah's "Bangarang". Ahead of his debut album #TRUE, he released the single "Wake Me Up" in June 2013. Featuring Aloe Blacc, it reached the top of the UK Charts and confidently showed off his new musical direction. ~ Jon O'Brien, Rovi / iTunes

hi.gif 2010

this is quite a good song actually, could grow into it but it definitely doesn't top 'Black And Yellow' (music.gif)

#22 without selling anything at all. Just proof times are changing. sad.gif

Actually enjoying this. Wouldn't be apposed to it being no.1 next week.

Amazon (And iTunes 10pm...) effect, when will Google Play. *.* Absolutely stunning song, made even more emotional by the context.

Posted by: Chez Wombat 12th April 2015, 04:22 PM

This is gonna be huge next week, it's starting to grow on me. It's a very authentic power ballad, sounds genuinely emotional rather than trying to be anthemic (the tragic context helps ofc.)

Posted by: Dircadirca 12th April 2015, 04:23 PM

Rather don't like this for something that's dominating everywhere sad.gif

Posted by: James1987 12th April 2015, 04:23 PM

I really don't get the hype around this track, but its not the worst track in the chart...

Omi definetely won't be number one now I just wish I'd changed my chart predictions now sad.gif

Posted by: ˇbré! 12th April 2015, 04:23 PM

'See You Again' is a rather lovely song, will be one of the better #1s of recent months.

Posted by: fchd 12th April 2015, 04:24 PM

The singing and rapping parts do go together on this (which I find is a rare occurence). Shame neither of them are very good. The rap is monotonous and the singing could easily be a track from Sam Smith's "tedium..." album

Posted by: djgrafdemon 12th April 2015, 04:24 PM

Wondering why I'm not keen on this huh.gif

Biography
Pierre David Guetta (born November 7, 1967) is a French DJ and producer of electro music. Originally a DJ at nightclubs during the 1980s and 1990s, he co-founded Gum Productions and released his first album, Just a Little More Love, in 2002. Later, he released Guetta Blaster (2004) and Pop Life (2007).

Guetta achieved mainstream success with his 2009 album One Love which included the hit singles "When Love Takes Over", "Gettin' Over You", and "Sexy Bitch", all three of which reached #1 in the United Kingdom, and "Memories". The 2011 followup album, Nothing but the Beat, continued this success, containing the hit singles "Where Them Girls At", "Little Bad Girl", "Without You", "Titanium" and "Turn Me On".

David Guetta has sold over six million albums and 15 million singles worldwide. In 2011 Guetta was voted as the #1 DJ in the 'DJ Mag Top 100 DJs' fan poll.

In 2013, Billboard crowned "When Love Takes Over" as the number one dance-pop collaboration of all time.

Not sure if any other songs have been pushed as singles from the 'Furious 7' soundtrack, so just tagging Wiz as the first since his is the first to make any chart impact.

Biography
Usher Raymond IV (born October 14, 1978), known mononymously as Usher, is an American singer, songwriter, dancer, philanthropist, entrepreneur, and actor. He rose to fame in the late 1990s with the release of his second album My Way, which spawned his first Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit, "Nice & Slow". The album has been certified 6-times platinum by the RIAA. His follow-up album, 8701, produced the Billboard Hot 100 number one hits "U Remind Me" and "U Got It Bad". The album has been certified 4-times platinum by the RIAA.

Usher's 2004 album, Confessions, sold over 10 million copies in the United States and has been certified diamond by the RIAA. Confessions has the highest first week sales for an R&B artist in history. It spawned four consecutive Billboard number one hits — "Yeah!", "Burn", "Confessions Part II", and "My Boo". Usher's 2008 album, Here I Stand, sold over 5 million copies worldwide, and its lead single "Love in This Club" spent three weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100.

On March 30, 2010, Usher released his sixth studio album Raymond v. Raymond, which became his third consecutive album to debut at number one on the US Billboard 200 chart. It has been certified platinum by the RIAA, and spawned another Billboard Hot 100 number-one hit "OMG". The song became his ninth number one in the United States, making him the first 2010s artist to collect number one singles in three consecutive decades. He later released an extended play and deluxe edition of Raymond v. Raymond, entitled Versus, which debuted at number four on the Billboard 200 chart. Its lead single "DJ Got Us Fallin' in Love" reached number four on the Billboard Hot 100.

The RIAA ranks Usher as one of the best-selling artists in American music history, having sold over 23 million copies in the United States alone. To date, he has sold over 65 million records worldwide, making him one of the best selling music artists of all time. Usher has won numerous awards including eight Grammy Awards. At the end of 2009, Usher was named the number one Hot 100 artist of the 2000s decade. Billboard named him the second most successful artist of the 2000s decade, with his 2004 album Confessions being ranked as the top solo album of the 2000s decade. Billboard also placed Usher at number six on their list of Top 50 R&B/Hip-Hop Artists of the Past 25 Years. Usher has attained nine Hot 100 number-one hits (all as a lead artist) and has attained eighteen Hot 100 top-ten hits.

Biography - Chris Brown
Christopher Maurice "Chris" Brown (born May 5, 1989) is an American recording artist, dancer, and actor. Born in Tappahannock, Virginia, he taught himself to sing and dance at a young age and was involved in his church choir and several local talent shows. Having signed with Jive Records in 2004, Brown released his self-titled debut studio album the following year. It peaked at number two on the US Billboard 200 and was later certified double platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). With his first single "Run It!" peaking atop the US Billboard Hot 100, Brown became the first male artist as a lead since Diddy in 1997 to have his debut single top the chart. His second album Exclusive (2007) spawned his second Hot 100 number one "Kiss Kiss", in addition to "With You" and "Forever". The album was also certified double platinum by the RIAA.

In 2009, Brown received much media attention after pleading guilty to felony assault of singer and his then-girlfriend Rihanna; he was sentenced to five years of probation and six months of community service. His third album Graffiti was released later that year, and included the top-twenty single "I Can Transform Ya". Brown's fourth album F.A.M.E. (2011) became his first to top the Billboard 200; it spawned hit singles "Yeah 3x", "Look at Me Now", and "Beautiful People". F.A.M.E. earned Brown his first Grammy Award for Best R&B Album at the 54th Grammy Awards. His fifth album Fortune was released in 2012. Biography
Elena Jane "Ellie" Goulding (born 30 December 1986) is an English singer, songwriter and multi-instrumentalist from Lyonshall, Herefordshire. Her career began when she met record producer Starsmith and Frankmusik, and she was later spotted by Jamie Lillywhite, who later became her manager and A&R. After signing to Polydor Records in July 2009, Goulding released her debut extended play, An Introduction to Ellie Goulding, later that year.

In 2010, she became the second artist to both top the BBC's annual Sound of... poll and win the Critics' Choice Award at the Brit Awards in the same year. Goulding released her debut studio album, Lights, in 2010. The album debuted at number one on the UK Albums Chart and has sold over 850,000 copies in the UK. Her cover of Elton John's "Your Song" reached number two in the UK in December 2010 and on 29 April 2011 she performed the song at the wedding reception of Prince William and Catherine Middleton at Buckingham Palace. The album's title track, "Lights", was released in the US in March 2011, and peaked at number two on the Billboard Hot 100 and was certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).

Goulding's second album Halcyon was released in October 2012, "Anything Could Happen" preceded the album as the lead single. Halcyon debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart, and, after 65 weeks, reached number one. Halcyon debuted at number nine on the Billboard 200 Chart, her first top ten debut in the United States. Halcyon Days, a repackaged edition of Halcyon, was released on 23 August 2013, it included new singles including "Burn", which became her first UK number-one single in the same month. At the 2014 BRIT Awards she received the award for Best British Female. By the end of 2013, she has sold an estimated 4 million albums and 15 million singles worldwide.

Hope Firestone will be safely inside the top 10 next week then but brilliant to see it taking off strongly anyway. wub.gif By far the best track in the top 40 for me.

Posted by: mr_aly 12th April 2015, 05:07 PM

Ah, hope this can still reach the top 10!

Kygo in touching distance of the top 10! Still not huge on this, minus the production.

Take Me To Church is fanatastic, definitely deserves its chart run.

Ellie already out of the top 10 while Hozier and Uptown Funk are still in sad.gif

Posted by: djgrafdemon 12th April 2015, 05:11 PM

Oops, almost out of top 10 already? I thought his chart path will last forever...

Posted by: Chez Wombat 12th April 2015, 05:12 PM

I still love this, but I'd rather it didn't keep fresher songs out of the top 10 drama.gif

Posted by: Jade 12th April 2015, 05:12 PM

Pretty decent start to the top 10, 'Take Me to Church' has erratically grown on me again. heart.gif
